This is my first website and it is hard for me to let go, but I have neglected it lately and found new interests in my life.

Yes I make an exception for selling PIPS sites as I know how auctions go -

I wish you all the best and hope your site sells.

I do know you did an excellent job and I am sure it is in good shape traffic-wise, etc.

I am a little surprised but like I always say, 'nothing is constant except change'.
