Update, I found it. Still wonder who all is using it. I've done a little studying and it is a great ad tracking service. One of the best actually. Plus Stone is giving it to subscribers for 90 days free. That's a long time for a great service.

You need this type of service because it takes care of tracking, shows split testing results, helps with analyzing your campaigns and generally tells you what's working so you don't waste a bunch of time. I highly recommend them.
