I have been marketing online with my site for over 11months now. I have my own site and have one of the best product online. Am sure of this because one of my product helps to build a free website for people looking to make money online.

I have optimized my site and my home page is currently on PR2 and blog P1.

Below are the following method i use to market online.

Article marketing - EZA, Ideamarketers, Isnare, Goarticles.

Blogging - Google blogger i intergrated into my site.

Forums

Blog commenting

Answer Yahoo.

The others i don't use is PPC because its paid.

Infact my site currently rank on the first page of MSN for the keyword "profitable home business.

I mean what is this internet marketing ****.

Does it really work.

Well am quiting in the next three months because i will be going back to school and have to quit my driving job at the bank.

That is the source of income that has paid my hosting, bought my laptop and repairs of laptop whenever it has a problem.

Now, how can i earn atleast $300 monthly within the next 3months.

The answer is when you get enough traffic because you have done enough marketing.

I see you are making lots of good effort but you have to realize marketing ANYTHING is about building momentum and sustaining it over time.

Keep up your good work and don't get discouraged.

Not just about WHAT you are doing but HOW MANY TIMES for HOW LONG!

Getting enough traffic is the most challenging part for every online marketer. I can see you work very hard to get traffic to your site.

My question is do you TEST what you have done to promote your site....whether effective or ineffective?

It's all about Test, Test,........and Test until you see the effective one.

Stone started make money after TWO years of hard work.

You have 11 months of hard work ONLY....which means you have obtained the SKILL for online business is just a few months only. Still need lots of skill to get it done.

Why not try to find other income source to backup your business?

I wounder IF you're to make the money after 14 months.

I know how hard that is, i can assure you man. But the real key to your success is in your mind. I mean you first have to Really want to succeed, like as tough you need Air to breathe and then believe that you can do it. It is more than essential, it is the essence of the force which will help you fight for what you want.Remember Napoleon Hill words:"whatever the mind of man can conceive and Believe he can achieve".Work on yourself, on your own beliefs, turn the gloomy thoughts into shinning ones, do some autosuggestions all day long and every day , you got plenty of information on the net.If you are a believer Pray and Pray to be POSITIF.And then make a list of things that can help solve your problem and go about them with confidence, it will happen as you internally you want it to be.It works, try it.
Now my humble advice as for work or get some quit money is: you can find In the warriorforum something such copywriting, Doing paid surveys and selling Ebay products through articles writing that can help you. The most important thing is you have to Desire to succeed and work really towards it. Remember all in life has a process and the difference between success and failure is not lack of means, but lack of Belief.
The Key is in your mind, you are the captain of your life, Nobody Else is.

John, Can you offer people the same services you did for yourself? That has to be worth some $$$. Perhaps even just blogging or enough to make the funds you need without taking time from your studies.
You have gone too far to let it all go.

If all else fails, why not try and sell your site based on it's rankings and start again investing less money?

I started leaning about online marketing 2 years ago....I made 1 sale
promoting Copy N Profit which earned me $46 and some change. However
it cost me over $100.00 on Google for advertising. Uggg!

I am not giving up on my dream to make money online so I can work from
home or while traveling.

I just recently joined the 'War Room' and it has helped a lot. I believe that
2010 is going to be my Year for creating wealthy for myself and my famly.

Hang in there buddy and thing of ways to stay online, you are good enough
and smart enough to do this.

I made a post on WF about quiting internet marketing in the next 3months and one of the reasons people gave me was that the Stone Default home page is cluster and full of banner ads and so on.

Need you opinion.

Actually Yes, the home page you get when you join PIPs is too full of clutter. It is also full of duplicate content that may not hurt you but it certainly will not do you any good. This is one of the reasons, besides the success rate, it is recomended you promote your PIPs sales page.

All newbies need to change their site, move/remove banners, add unique articles, put your picture in there. Make it your page unlike everyone elses page.

If you need help I have an ad in the Advertising Zone thread. But no matter how it needs to be done as soon as you can.

I have to agree, even as a complete newbie I was concerned about having a cookie cutter site and competing with them.
