I added my website, install and added a sitemap and I found 36 errors, crawl errors. How do I fix my crawl error?

When I click all the 34 not found errors, it shows the name of the webpage not found. I recently changed my website's server, I also renamed my blog and blog post as I changed my keyword of my website.

The remaining 2 errors are sitemap and http errors, it shows the name of a pdf in my webpage not found but the hyperlink is to my old server.

How do I fix this? Or should I ignore it as I can't fix this anymore. In addition, when next time google crawl to my website and update its own webmaster tool, will the errors disappear?
