Retrieve adsense Code Number

Hi;

I had been able to retrieve once my Google adsense code number and did not take the precaution to keep on a word sheet, but since then i had been trying to retrieve it again following the same process since with No Success, can someone give a hint or help, on how to? please.

Try to send a mail - https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py. Be sure they can help you.

You just log in to your Adsense account and the code is always there. You can format whatever type of ad box you want.
