HELP!

Hi! I am now a member since last Sunday as for Empowerism when I tried to pay with Moneybookers to transfer the money I was not able to because my bank told me I was missing the address and since there are 2 addresses I did not know which one to use and I got frustrated and delete the account with Moneybookers but I did not know it would cancel empowerism also, all I wanted to do is pay with a different option.
:confused:
My question is how can I get back in with empowerism under the same person that sponsered me? When I tried to log in as a new user and put my info and email address I received a message that my email belonged to someone else and it asked me to put another email which I did then I got an error message.
I left a voicemail for someone to get in touch with me but they never called me back.

Contact their helpdesk and write down the username and password you choose and the email address.
