I have a confession to make...
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Hello everyone

I started with PIPS back in 2003 I think, and was struggling to make it because I did not know what I know now.

Today, I am a full time internet marketer and I want to thank a few people:

1. Thank you Stone for introducing me to PIPS.
2. Thank you Tony Robbines.
3. I also want to thank my other good mentor and friend which showed me how to really make money online. ( I am not going to mention his name here so that my post will not be deleted)
4. I want to thank my COMMITMENT for making me stick with this business even though I was "failing" for 4 long years online.
5. I want to thank all the books that I read that inspired me in many way and kept me going.

For those who are struggling, NEVER GIVE UP. Persistence DOES pay off. For me, it paid off after 4 long years.

Tal

Hi Tal,

Nice to see you again - I wondered what happened to you.

Well done on making it as a full time internet marketer! It's a great feeling when you leave the working world isn't it?

Congrats Tal

Thanks for that testimony.

sticking at it for 4 years is very impressive, for me it took about a year to quick my full time job, I had a mortgage so I couldn't quit so easily!

Very encouraging to hear because my patience (and wallet) is stretching thin after being at this for over a year now without much for results.

Hi Tal,

Tell us, how is it over there? Quitting your day job and run your online business fulltime (without the rat race)? Yes, we read all the various stories about great names like STONE and many others and how they achieved to quit their employment status, but what makes it more interesting, especially for me, is to be even able to communicate with people about their experience and the fact that you are here and posting in this thread makes you "touchable". Give us a little more inside how you achieved it and which backdrops you had. Myself I'm now with PIPS for two months and follow many "mentors/leaders" here at PIPS. I just entered Darrin's McL. e-mail newsletter and read about how he quit his job to be able to spend time with his family and especially his son. As I can see everyone can tell his own story and we are looking forward to read soon your one (either here or on a blog).
I look forward to read more from you here and follow what you have to tell us.

Great and I (and hopefully everyone else here) wish you greater success than you have already achieved.

To your success,
Alex

Hi Kah,

Thank you for responding to my message.
Yes, that's the way to go, you need a focus and if possible make it visible every day, as Darrin said: he left a note next to his computer screen to read it every time he looks up from the keyboard...
What is your time horizon to quit your job?

Hi Tal,

What was your aim when you started internet marketing? How much time did you gave yourself before you swapped to fulltime online enterpreneur?
I look forward to read about it.

Wish you all great success (just got today my first self established lead from a splashpage )

Wish you all success,
Alex

Re: I have a confession to make...

Hey Alex,

When I started in internet marketing my goal was to become a full timer and not have to work for anyone else. I wasn't looking to get rich or anything like that. My only goal was to make enough money so that I won't have to wake up every morning to go a job that I wasn't going to like.

It is not that I gave myself a certain amount of time to succeed online. I actually wanted to be full time as soon as I started with PIPS in the first month.

I had no idea what I was doing and it took me about 4 years to finally succeed on the web.

It was all about PERSISTENCE for me and NEVER giving up.

Hi Tal,

Thank you for sharing your experience here.

Great that you kept beeing persistance and pushed it forward month after month. Would you be willing to describe your success in more details, what steps you took to promote SFI (or any other affiliate program)?
Which chapters from the 30days trainings manual did you work the hardest?

Look forward again to read from you soon.

To your success,

Hi Alex,
Darrin he quit his job early because he's good on technical stuff. To me, I don't have that background so I think it would take me more than 3 years to quit my job. Love to have it becomes shorter but I don't know how I could do it.
Thanks

Tal,
Thanks for your inspirational post. Like you I joined PIPS around the same time, waiting for success that seemed so distant, so frustrated when it never arrived. Your message gives me hope, like the light house in the distance, during an unrelenting storm. Congrats for your success. Perserverance furthers.

Hi Tal

I appreciate very much your words about NEVER GIVE UP. And to let you all know I'm still working very hard to make this through. I haven't see the big success yet, but it make me laugh a little bit when I see your post and that you struggled for all these years. To let you know I'm definitely not laughing about you, but I'm thinking of myself in this situation. Four years...wow.... and I have just started compared to you. I started with PIPS in april this year and sometimes I have to admit that I truly have the thought of giving up. But along the bumpy road people like you get us back on track again. I respect that and I wish you more success in the future Tal. Thank you for your sincere inspiration.

I got a message from a friend that I meet through the internet marketing business and when I struggle and feel depressed I always take a look at those words from Michael Jeffrey he gave me:

Never Give Up - Never, never, never give up. When you’re fully committed to achieving your goal, giving up is not an option. You must be willing do whatever it takes to make it happen. The power of perseverance is an awesome force. As someone once said, “inch by inch it’s a cinch”. Think of the lowly inchworm – if it pondered the length of the trip from start to finish before it started, it probably would never move. To a worm’s point-of-view, the garden path must look like a trip to Mars. Never give up! Keep on going like the Eveready battery bunny, and pretty soon you’re there.

That makes me wake up and continue with renewed commitment and new energy just like your post Tal. Right now I really know I will make it! It's just a matter of time!

Take care!

It is really heart-warming to know about people having success with the plug-in profit site. This should encourage many newbies to give PIPs a try.

I was wondering if anyone is willing to share what are the strategies (outside of what is taught in the PIPs) that have brought success to their site.

Hi Jonathan, I am very new to the forum, but I had a car sign made up with my website and contact information added to it and I got alot of response. You can go online and get a company that will do it for you at a nominal cost. Dianne
