Has anyone else been having problems with logging on to Get Response? At first I could log on but shortly would get disconnected. Now I can't even login without being disconnected. I managed to email them and got a response that I should check my server etc.but this is the only site where it happens. Any comments or ideas? I have no idea where to start checking anything. If I can't get on, I could lose all my customers and emails. Help Nancy |

You don't lose anything at all by not logging in. Everything is run by the autoresponder. Try to refresh your browser (F5) key or on the browser 'View' menu click Refresh. You may need to do it several times. If this doesn't work clear your cache and reboot your computer to retry. Browser menu - Tools Internet Options Delete -Temporary files - Cookies Restart your computer Retry If it still doesn't work go to ccleaner.com and download the free cleaners and run it - first to clear applications and then run the registry cleaner. |

This has happened to me once a few days ago. I logged into my account and as soon as I did, the page went to an error page. Not a big problem. Maybe it was a small tiny software glitch. Tal |

Hi When I log into my account and check my sign ups I can not find them or how many clicks I have had. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help. George |

Hi George, I hope I am right in assuming that you have set up your autoresponder using the PIPS process and a campaign name in which case try this:- After you log in go to Subcribers>My Subscribers> All Subscribers, then click on your campaign name which will take you to a search page where you should click on the 'all time' option in the 'date range' section which will then list all your sign ups since you started along with their email addresses and the date they registered. hope that helps, regards, Mal. |
