No, you will not loose them as long as you are a member, free or paid. You do not make money off them if you are a free member. You do loose you Power Line. |

Hi Jeff, You never loose you PSAs as long as you are a member. If you upgrade to EA you secure your place in the powerline and if you stop your EA status then you loose this place, but the PSAs are there forever. Tanny |

Hello Everyone, I would very much appreciate any help anyone can give me in getting my SFI Affiliates to upgrade. I have tried everything and still I can not get them to upgrade. I constantely send out emails encouraging them to upgrade and telling them the benefits of upgrading but they never do anything. I don't know what else to do. Can anyone give me any advice or suggestions? Thanks, Martha |

Hi Martha, Michael is right, the more they see it the chance they upgrade is higher. but don't over do it. Once a month is OK. Or send them training email with link to SFI, maybe this will encourage them. Jeff, Once you become EA, you automatically receive commission from SFI and if you have EAs then you commission will grow. Tanny |

Thanks Michael and Tanny, I have been sending my affiliates emails at least once a month encouraging them and telling them the benefits of upgrading in SFI. I also encourage them to send me any questions they might have about the program. They never respond to any of my emails. I have well over a 100 personally sponsored and my 2nd and 3rd level have about half as many and they are having the same problem getting the people under them to signup. I will keep trying and never give up because I know that eventually some of them will start to see the benefit of upgrading. Thanks again for the advice. Martha |

Hi, I joined back up and got my EA status but I still do not know what to think of SFI. I sent a email to everyone in my PSA, no responses from anyone. My upline sponsor did reply though, Jeff Mulligan, he is a super guy, he always responds to me ! I was thinking about offering a custom wordpress install to promote SFI is they signed up for EA status. Anyone had any kind of luck with this type of promotion ? Maybe start my own PSA forum ? Thanks Jeff |

Hey jeff! ive only got 30 PSA's but 2 of them have upgraded to EA. Im not sure what everyone else is doing to get their affiliates to upgrade but what is working for me is keeping in constant contact with them. After they have completed the getting started i direct them to the benefits of rank page so they can see what they get. After i know they have seen this all i have been doing them is teaching them how to write articles, blogs, using co-ops but most importantly, telling them my success and constantly being excited about it. Them seeing your success, wether it be finding some awesome tips or scoring another affiliate, is often enough to entice them to jump on the band wagon. Cheers Tom |

The best way to get upgrades is to bring in a consistent flow of new and fresh SFI affiliates all the time. I know this because I am in SFI's President's Club. How do you bring in new SFI affiliates? Well, you can join my SFI co-op advertising that I am running each and every month. PM me through the forum and I will give you more info on how to join. Tal Fighel | |

Hi, My method is to send two emails at the beginning, one to welcome the new PSA and a second when they complete their profile along with one or two very basic tips to help them start. After that I leave well alone, don't forget that for the first 30 days SFI are sending emails on your behalf so you don't want to overdo it. What I do is to keep tabs on every affiliate as they are getting close to 30 days and offer an incentive to upgrade to EA before the end of the month. This can be by re-assigning 5 or even 10 affiliates into their own team, this is a great incentive to help kickstart their business if they upgrade but more importantly it is a call to action. After that I try to keep in touch with those who haven't upgraded but there is only so much time you can spend on tyre kickers and some take months before they make a move so you never know. My biggest problem is keeping EA's after they have upgraded because there is an impatience in this business that never ceases to amaze me. If any business started to make good money straight away then we would all be doing it, SFI is a slow burner but worth the effort long term. best wishes, Mal. |

Hi Jeff, Great job that you found back to SFI after two years You just found back at the right time when the new store goes live soon, with so many enhancements. Just imagine the "sell your own stuff" possibility, which will be linked together with a downline where you will benefit from private sales of people you do not even know. AWSOME !!! Hope we will soon be able to convert many ebay merchants to SFI merchants... And Hi Martha, Well, as already said through other members above and the upline you have, keep up sending e-mails to your downline. My current downline with SFI is 478 members strong and I only have two EA's. What I'm always interested after sending out my weekly/monthly e-mails to them is the openrate. How many people open my e-mails? For this excercise I use the tool, Microsoft outlook offers under Options in a current e-mail with ticking the 'Request a read receipt for this message' box. This will send you back an e-mail telling you who opened your message. Now start collecting all this messages over a period, say a month, and see who are the people who open your e-mails on a frequent basis. As you make the experience it is the same with me: 99% don't bother to return your e-mails with even a short note like "thank you" or whatsoever. Now after a month you should have a good collection of who is opening your e-mails. Compile all this contacts to a distribution list on outlook you will focus now your next messages. I hope this will help you to concentrate your efforts and time, but keep it alive to send out an e-mail at least once a month to ALL your SFI downline to tell them about your progress with your online endevours. Because Jeff is the best example: he was inactive for two years and now all of a sudden he WOKE UP !!! Just imagine what his sponser must think right now, I'm confident to say he must be a very patient and persistant person. Hope this post is of value to you all and I endevour to become an expert in online marketing, therefore all your comments to this post is very welcome. To your success, Alex |

Alex Thanks for sharing This is such a simple thing to do yet very useful way to collect stats add this to using Cyn's advice to using Express/outlook to contact your downline There might be a chance to improving SFI's income Cheers Charles |

Hi Charles, Great to have a companion here in the UK. I'm located close to LGW. Thanks for letting me know that this is useful to you. So far, as I mentioned in above post, 99% do not bother to reply to your e-mails, but the one percent you get an openrate from you have to focus on. Probably you have to try different products to promote, but always keep the link that you do that because you are affiliated to SFI with them and you do not get a positive action on this program from them. Probably letting them know about Empowersim or just TrafficSwarm to get their attention to action. As well keep the subject line of the messages interesting, as FRANK KERN mentions, they must have the RUBBER NECK EFFECT (meaning people can't leave the eyes from, like on the motorway passing by an accident ). Hope this helps, To your success, Alex |

Hey jeff, I agree with alex, not many people respond to the welcome e-mail and even other follow up e-mails. I have the biggest success personally e-mailing my affiliates and telling them about myself, then asking about them. I like to build a relationship from the beginning because then your affiliates know that your always going to be there to help them. I have had great success just adding a personal touch to this business! Cheers Tom |

A lot of people don't respond to our emails because many of them are TIRE-KICKERS. They are looking for something for nothing. The best thing to do is to bring in large amounts of SFI affiliates on a weekly basis and keep that process going all the time. Tal |
