I have just made payment to redesign my PIPS Site but I could not see anywhere to enter the design of my preference from the options provided. It's the reason why I have chosen to use this forum to ask you to use the "Good Luck" Design with 3 columns. Hope it won't do any harm.

As for the image, let me leave it for you to select for me, provided I can personally change it in future, if necessary.
