I can't claim all glory for it but here's a tip for any blogger on how you can use this video: Put a link near the RSS feed button Because it's very, VERY likely that a lot of people still don't know what RSS is and how to use RSS. And because a lot of people don't know what RSS is, there's a tendency to not want to try it out. Thus, you might lose a potential subscriber. Educate your new visitor on what RSS is and you can potentially have a new subscriber to your blog. To value-add, when you have a page on what RSS is, right under that video, you can do a little bit more explanation and make sure to include a link to your RSS feed. Asher |
