Just wondering what sort of success everyone has with their squeeze pages for newsletter sign ups. I am getting far more sign ups from my blog and website than I do with squeeze pages on traffic exchanges. It makes me wonder whether to bother with the TE's or if my squeeze pages are just rubbish!! Hi Barb, Just my 2 cents. I think it's quite normal for people to sign up from your blog and website than a squeeze page on traffic exchanges simply because you are an established authority with an active blog. Traffic Exchanges (TE) are good for exposure but my experience with TE is that most of the people on it who are surfing are really surfing just for the credits or points. Your squeeze pages probably just need to be fine tuned to be able to capture the TE people in like 0.5 seconds because they will be looking at squeeze pages after squeeze pages. So yours has GOT to stand out in order for more sign ups in TE. Asher |

Hi Barb - hope you're well! Where is your squeeze page??? I do quite well with mine on the TE's - better than I expected to anyway! Neonerai is quite right in that you only have a second to get peoples attention - you just need to offer something really good and the message you put out there needs to be basically instant! Post your squeeze page here for further comments! Kym |

Hi Barb, if you do post your squeeze page hopefully some veteran PIPsters will come around and critique it for you. ![]() I get an even split of signups from my home page and traffic exchanges. I get very few from my Blog but I'm not an avid blogger. With all of my squeeze pages I have tries to make the most important information and the signup form appear above the fold. It puts it right in front of traffic exchange surfers and makes it easy for them to signup. While many traffic exchange surfers are only doing it for credits you have to remember that a large number of PIPsters signed up from ads on TE's. So they do work. Funny thing, most signed up from the PIPs sales page. If you are promoting PIPs the sales page is what you want to display more than anything. |

Hi Barb, I get about half in half in terms of signups from squeeze pages versus my site/blog. You won't get as good a conversion rate for your squeeze page in traffic exchanges as you will for other methods of advertising as most traffic exchange surfers are there for surfing rather than signing up for anything. You could also advertise the squeeze page in article resource boxes, forum sigs, classified, pay per click ads and so on. BTW, none of the links in your signature work. Cheers Suzanne |

In fact, everyone who has posted in this thread so far - you signature links are broken. Click on them and you will see what I mean. Cheers, Suzanne |
