How Are You Promoting Your PIPS Business?

Hi PIPSters,

I've been a little occupied recently with creating a product of my own
(it's going to be my first one) and have not been looking in here for a
while. But since I really started with PIPS, I thought I'd give some tips
on how to promote the PIPS business. I'm not going to get very technical
but I am going to give you the concept.

If you can grasp the concept of it, you'll be able to promote it well.
Here we go.

Consider this...
What Is The Biggest Benefit Of Your PIPS Business?

Is it the various affiliate programs on 1 website?
Is it the home business concept?

Now, think about it for a moment - do they seem like great ideas to
you? Why, YES! Of course, if not, why did you join in the first place,
right?

So... Why DID you join in the first place?

You joined it because of the sales letter and the emails that tell you
joining PIPS will help you make money and generate income and all
that so that you can fulfill a goal - be it to quit your job, generate an
extra income or something.

What is the biggest benefit of your PIPS business?

Sell that. The earlier part about affiliate programs and home business
concept are called features. You don't sell on features, you sell on
benefits. A stronger way to put it is "Facts Tell, Stories Sell"

You have to sell the idea of your PIPS business as a successful home
business so that people can join you.

Look at how Kym Robinson did it - she did not sell her PIPS business
using the PIPS default website - she sold it as "We Make Money Online -
You Can Too!"

Now THAT'S a benefit.

There are many more examples like Suzanne Morrison, Jeff Casmer,
(basically all the PIPS Power Group) who don't sell PIPS exactly as PIPS
- they sell it with a benefit statement.

What kind of benefit are you selling your PIPS business as?

"Work at home opportunities" - Yes, there's a benefit statement there
but EVERYBODY is using this, how else is yours different?

When you are selling your PIPS business (or any home business for that
matter), sell it with a benefit.

The benefit can be targetted at a group of people (maybe mothers or
stay-at-home dads) or to a general target. On recommendation, use it
on a group of people.

For example, if you are a working mom and you have joined PIPS,
instead of selling your PIPS business as a "Work at Home Opportunity",
sell it as a "Work at Home Opportunity - Mom's Strategy For Making
Money Online" or something along the line.

If you're a student? "Work at Home Opportunity - Make Some Extra
Income While Studying"

When you target a group, you sell to something specifically. If you
don't know who to promote to, find a group of people and target them.
