When you write an article for submisssion do you do the same as when you are blogging as regards keywords? ie use a different keyword for each article a couple of times in the text, and then put your anchor text (the one your site is optimised for) in the resource box? If not what is the best formula?

Hi, for articles and blogging you want your keywords in your article Title, the first paragraph, mixed up in the body ( when using long tail keywords of 3 words or more use each word individually in the body of the article) and in your last paragraph. Make sure it all sounds natural when reading. Yes, you use your anchor text in the author resource box. Use twp different anchor text, one for your home page and one for an inner page. Backlinks should be used on all your pages and not just the home page. Stephen |

Thanks Stephen. How do I link to an inner page? As far as I know my site has been optimised for the keyword 'make money online now' which I have been using as anchor text in the resouce box. Do I need to get an inner page separately optimised for another keyword? Regards Steve |

This comes in handy especially if you have a blog that you want to build backlinks to in order to drive traffic to it. Any type of page will do, though, and it's the same setup as Stephen described. | |

Just be sure to always choose keyword rich titles. It's all about the title.

You do want your keywords inside your articles but not too much. The title, in the first paragraph and in the last paragraph is a good way to go. It is as simple as that but it works. You can also take any articles that you write and create a video which you can upload to YOUTUBE. This will bring you more traffic. Tal |

Hi Steve, My suggestion is to write your articles naturally and to communicate your points as clearly as possible. Then if you are targeting a specific keyword phrase, work it into the title and the text as naturally as possible without overdoing it. Best regards, Stone Evans |

Hi Stone... Good to see you around again... I agree with the above comments. Making it sound as natural as possible. Make the content informative and entertaining, don't use a lot of "fluff." |

Keywords, frequency & combination of keywords and strategical placement of those so that the flow of the article does not get disrupted. But foremost you need to see how enriched is your content - Content is the King - You have a good write-up ready (along with those above criteria ) that is well formatted with logical breaks, you are prepared to put it up on the site. |
