Hello, fellow PIPSters! Now that I am FINALLY getting a handle on HTML and making changes to my StarrBizz.com site, and now have a frame of reference for adding new pages to my site, I have two questions for you: 1) How often do YOU add new pages to your web site? 2) What info do you put on your new pages? I think if we briefly share answers to these two questions, other PIPS members will appreciate it. For me, now that the process is getting easier for me, my goal is to add at least one new page per week, on the average. I will write an article on some aspect of Internet home business and will feature one of the PIPS affiliate programs or services. Or I might do a review or specific highlight of one of the programs or services. What about you? Do share with us! GT |

Hi, Michael: A great response - very insightful. I appreciate how you are using your site to contain pages with a special purpose, e.g. to share with affiliates or select visitors. I am trying to add new pages regularly for the benefits of Search Engine Optimization. I seldom make major changes to my homepage, so I want to add new pages regularly to compensate. Some marketers use their blog page as their homepage and that is ideal for SEO purposes! (If they post to their blog regularly.) GT |

Hi GT, I use my blog to add new pages Seriously, I create a new page when I feel I have to (ie promoting something). That's about it. I have to have a purpose and reasoning for it. I don't create a time limit on it. Not all of my pages I have are accessible from my site, either. I'd say it's up to you and the purpose you have for creating a new page. Alan |

Hi GT, I add a webpage each time I blog to, sometimes I ad a page with an article and link my blog to it - that's 2 pages. I try to add 2 new pages a month (not blog pages) with content on them, and that usually end up with adding more pages with products, and products review. Tanny |

Hello, Alan and Tanny: Thanks for adding your comments to this thread! It's great to get different perspectives. Everybody has different ideas and different reasons for doing things and when we share them like this, it helps to inspire and spark ideas within us. It broadens our own perspective. GT |

Well, I personally love to pack everything onto my homepage, but really I could shorten my page down and create links to new pages. Just recently I added a FAQ page...I'm so proud of myself, but need to keep adding more pages, other than my blog posts! Liane |
