PBL Is it Worth the Money
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

I have a question for anyone who can answer it. I currently am paying $19.95 per month for a service that I can't access, nor get a response from a live person after leaving a live person message on a phone recording. I haven't seen where this service is of use to me or what it's true purpose is. I have tried several times to talk to someone but to no avail. Is this service out there or am I throwing money away for something that I am not sure of what it's true purpose is?

If you do not get a response then it is your email account that is blocking it. They ALWAYS respond. Phone I don't know about.

info(AT)pushbuttonleads.com

This is a reputable company that we have been associated with for many years. I personally have dealt with them both as a customer and now I work with customer service on behalf of PIPS members.

If you want to send me an email to pluginprofitsite(at)gmail.com with your PBL information - username, email you used, etc., I will run interference for you with Patty.

Many people do not understand how it works and they assume it doesn't work because it is not like buying a list of leads.

It is showing your ad and people respond directly to that particular ad if they respond. If they don't respond then maybe it is the ad. You can try different things.

You may only get a few subscribers but every one is worth 10 generic leads since, as I say they are responding directly to your opportunity and not just someone who got on a list at some time.

The cost of buying leads is usually a lot more than $20 a month - so while you may not get as many, at least for me when I started out, $20 I could afford, not $149. or whatever the smallest package of leads was available.

Hi Gary,

If you are speaking of push button leads, in my opinion I would say drop it. I just don't feel the value is there.

You should work on getting leads by yourself by creating a squeeze page, offering something of value, and promoting that squeeze page.

The little amount of time it takes to set up a squeeze page and to pormote that squeeze page will land you just as many if not more opt ins than pbl will.

I would say to stay the free route when it comes to leads.

Here's a free squeeze page generator to help... Squeeze Page Generator Software

Best,
Matt

Im with Matt!

PBL is an expensive and slow way to get something you can easily get for free and more quickly!

Hi Gary,

I would go the route Matt advises with the squeeze page.

Once you have it set up you can promote in thro traffic exchanges and track your results by putting codes in your getresponse account.

I'm getting a signup per 300 clicks in the better exchanges and I know of people doing much better.

Hi Gary,

I would also say that it is not worth the money. I've given then a chance for a few months and nothing at all has transpired, but I am having luck with Get Subscriptions.

Good luck,

Korri

Hi Gary, I tried PBL for a couple of months without success. Take Matt's advice and create your own squeeze page for free and promote it. Tim

DEJA VU!!

Gary...

To be politically correct.....I tried PBL for 2 months and it did not work for ME! I decided to save my money and go the route Matt and all the others are talking about and I am having a greater success for FREE.

Cheers.....Leon

Hey, Gary:

Add me to this list! I had a real difficult time trying to figure out the PBL system for the first few months. It turned out that I had three different log in sites: one for the affiliate program, one for the Newsletter listing updates ... and one for something else that I can't remember now. But there were three.

I stuck with it for many months. When I complained about only getting an average of one or two leads per month, I was told the problem was "probably" my newsletter listing. I changed it to say something real snappy but still, only one lead a month, maybe two on a rare good month, so I cancelled.

I don't doubt that they are a reputable company like Pat says, but my results were not worth the expense.

Hi Pipsters I remember when I joined I used them to. I just could'nt understand how they worked .I agree with everyone else you would be better off without them. I have great respect for the company even though I disagree with how they run their company. Dianne
