Problems with Blogging Equaliser

Hi Stone,
Good day.

I bought Blogging Equaliser for the past two months as you instructed in the Guide. However, I could not set it up because My Yahoo! RSS Feed set-up as instructed in the Blogging Equaliser manual kept rejecting my URL.

I reported the matter to Blogging Equaliser immediately. One Mr. Trey replied that he would get back to me. Yet despite sending several emails for about two months now, no reply.

What do I do? If they are not ready, can I get my money back?

Document all the attempts you have made to contact them.

Send an email and ask for a refund.

File a dispute with whoever you did the payment process with right away because there are time limits on how long you can do this. Don't wait.

Or, you can try again to contact them and use a different email address. 9 times out of 10 your mail is being blocked an that is why you don't receive a response.

I suggest a free gMail account from gmail.com (Google). Do note the original address you used for your order and ask them to reply to the new address.
