I heard is the best traffic if you wanna hit the jackpot. But how easy to get it? Anyone knows the basics? or an expert? Is it possible or only the big boys can get it

Hi, the easy way to get targeted traffic from search engine is by Goolge Adword or any Pay Per Clicks ads for any Search Engine like Yahoo Search Marketing. BUT.. That the easiest way can come with the costs...

Search engine traffic is not just for the big guys. You can also get it by firstly optimizing your website for the search engines with your chosen keywords, then build backlinks to your site using methods such as article marketing, blogging, social bookmarking, submitting your site to the online directories, forum marketing, etc.

The more backlinks you have the higher up in the search engine rankings your site will appear, so if you consistently work at building backlinks to increase your rankings then you will generate free search engine traffic.

What Cynthia said was a good advice, and I like to think of traffic being something you slowly increase over time. That has certainly been the case for me. It is important to be consistent, and over time you start to reach traffic levels that are worthwhile and will not disappear.

Hi Afa, keep building those backlinks and you can get there. It takes a little time but your effort will be rewarded. How soon depends on the competition you have for your chosen keywords. Good luck, Tim.

Some of the best traffic I ever had through search engines was when I unintentionally spelled words wrong in my content.

I suppose one could intentionally put commonly misspelled words in their content, but I would only do it infrequently.

Search engine traffic is the best type of traffic you can get because those people are actually looking for the information, product or service you offer.

Build unique content rich pages to improve your SERPs (search engine rankings) for the long term.

I just finish reading some materials about SEO and it seems like a time consuming task and there are no shortcuts either unless you got cash to throw in.

So if I have a new site, chances are I'm not going to get any of that traffic right?

So I believe it make sense to say start working now and expect some results in about 6 months from now.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not a lazy guy! Just want to work smarter not harder he he....

Well, it has to be some other way to get some good quality traffic while building a foundation for some real good search engine traffic.

Search Engine traffic is the aim of every smart online marketer. When we are new and inexperienced, it is a big, broad confusing subject. For me, it didn't all start making sense until I joined the PIPS Power Group and got SEO training there.

I agree Suzanne Morrision has written a very good book. I have read it and it is worth the money if this is something you want to learn. It is always good to shop online from other PIPSTERS when we can.

There is a lot to learn, but in the long run free search engine traffic beats pay per click if you are willing to put in the time to get the backlinks. That means working at it everyday, which eliminates most people because it takes a lot of effort.

No matter what type of internet promotion you do expect to spend several hundred hours mastering it. SEO is no different.
