Usernames and passwords are usually case-sensitive. This means RODRIGUE, Rodrigue and rodrigue are all different - type exactly what you set up or what they sent you in their welcome emails. As well if you are copying and pasting and you include a blank space before or after, the system will see it as an invalid character. You know (#1) this is about your security. If just anyone could go in there and slop around to login to your account it wouldn't be safe. and (#2) I am quite sure that all companies would rather have you able to login and function without a problem, (so they are not doing this on purpose to antagonize you). (#3) IDs - username/password are not interchangeable. For example HostGator is a hosting program and you have a set of credentials to login to your hosting account. These are completely different from your HostGator affilate program which is an entirely separate account, with an entirely different set of login instructions. |
