What's Happened to the Sales Page?

The PIPS sales page seems to have a problem. Someone has been trying to sign up on mine but when the submit button is clicked, nothing happens.
The page has no graphics and does not look like the neat and tidy PIPS sales page. What has happened?

Janice - as I responded to you on the helpdesk - I tested your sales page, it has graphics and when I submitted an application it processed and was received by the PIPS New Order desk within seconds.

I am not aware of an official problem at all. So far you are the only one with this issue (that has contacted the Helpdesk at least).
