Hey everybody, Hope each of you are doing fine! I came upon WF back in 2006 when I was studying David Vallieres "You Can Make A Living Course". Unfortunately, I never took advantage of it until earlier this year. Wow, what a dummy! Live and learn.

I retired back in '07 from the Ad Specialty Business, combined with retirement age and being one of the early casualties of the current recession due to a very high percentage of customers within the Housing and Construction Industry, I closed down.

I'm not looking to make a Fortune in IM, I'm looking to help others and to hopefully, supplement my family's living expenses. I still have two children at home.

I really enjoy Blogging, and, providing quality PLR and MRR products to others who need them, through my membership site, which I just launched. And, I'm still trying to help here at the WF and on Twitter as often as possible.

I Home School my youngest daughter and the older son at home is going to Community College. If I can help you, never hesitate to ask. If I can, I will!

What's my story? I've been in the corporate world for the past 30+ years and I desperately want my freedom. Honestly the corporate world has been pretty good to me but I just want to move on to a different phase in my life and I need the financial freedom to do that. That's my story in a nutshell.

My name is William Pilien, an Electrical Engineer, PEE and a Filipino. I've been working in Saudi Arabia for the past 19 years and about to retire in 2011. This is the big reason why 'am here, a newbie to this forum. I want to prepare myself for a new life after Saudi life. I've been browsing the internet since or some five years ago focusing on "earning extra income from the internet" where I've found some but it seems I can't figure out on how the mechanics of what they are offering will work for me until I discovered "PIPS" through thorough browsing. With barely 3 weeks since I stepped in and considering that I'm new to the world of marketing, I'm still struggling and a bit confuse on which to do first. I understand that aside from "PIPS", there are still some ways to earn income but as much as possible I want to concentrate on how my "PIPS" will work for me while facing so many problems such as:
* Ways to get free qualified subscribers.
* I tried to advertise with Google AdWords but I can't get the right keyword even I
used the keyword tool and the WordTracker. I know there are some mistakes along
the line but I can't figure out at the moment.
* I am poor in making business articles.
* In addition to this, my budget for this month is limited.
I have a strong belief that I can surpass these problems and if there are somebody
who are willing to help me, I will appreciate it very much. I believe there are some
because never in my life I did practice selfishness.

I want to extend my gratitude and appreciation to Stone Evans on all the information

This is more of a re-introduction as I first came across this forum about 10 months ago. Back then I was completely oblivious to exactly how much work is involved with online marketing.

Because I had next to no experience, I was aware that I could not add any real value to the forum, but what I did do was use the amazing knowledge and experience of everyone here when I came across a stumbling block. For that, I would like to thank you - sorry I don't have a list of names, but there are so many it just seems easier to thank everyone!

I don't really have a 'story' to tell, I have just come to realise that the corporate world is nothing like I expected it to be, and that if I want to be happy in what I do, I need to make sure it is something I have chosen, rather than been told to do.

To that end, I have put some work into a couple of niche sites, and I have developed 2 products (one of which is available via Clickbank, the other will be completed in the coming weeks) with a couple of friends, which I am extremely proud of - it is a great feeling to have accomplished something for yourself, to achieve a personal goal.

I hope to put something back into this community over time, but for now I just want to reiterate my thanks.

Hi, I've been an internet marketer full time now for about 6 months. I've been involved with affiliate marketing for 2 years now.

I've made all the big mistakes and have tried almost every avenue of making money from home.

I've failed at MLM, Direct Sales, my own off line advertising business! But I keep trying and have finally been able to put almost all my effort into making money online.

When I first got started I was trying to market my MLM (which shall remain nameless) so I bought an e-book from Mike Dillard. Once it arrived I stayed up all night after work reading it until I finished it knowing I had to get up at 6 am the next morning.

After I read the book I implemented the steps he outlined and he even gave me some PPC ads to post. Finally about 2am I finished setting up my first PPC campaign. Woke up at 6 am to 20 bucks sitting in my affiliate center!

I was sold and decided right then that online was the only way I was going to do business again! That was 2 years ago.

Since then I have bought countless packages and spent thousands of dollars on my education. I really did suffer from information overload! Finally I started to give it a rest and let the information digest while I worked as a Restraunt Manager.

After working my Butt Off for the past year or so, I was demoted.

Now I spend every waking moment working on my business so that I can rub it in their faces as they also called what I am doing "Silly Internet B.S."

It'll be funny in a couple of months. Great posts everyone. Looking forward to getting to know you all!

My name is Craig and I have just registered. So I will tell you a little about my self. I have been interested in Internet Marketing for some time now probably about 5 years. I would buy all the get rich quick schemes, go to some major seminars all over the UK, in fact I have probably wasted so much time and money on things over the years I would not like to sit down and work out the cost.

You could probably say I was an information addict. A lot of the info was really good material but all I did was read learn, read learn and maybe put one or two things into practice. Then move onto something else. I just was not taking the appropriate action to what I had learnt over the years and really just treated it as a hobby.

So I decided to stop! Make a plan, set goals and how I am going to achieve them. I've been on the PIPs wagon for about 3 weeks or so. At the top of the sub-forum you see a 'Post Reply' button at the top left. That is the one to start a new topic or thread.

I think they should have named it something else like 'New Topic' because the name is the same as the 'post reply' button at the bottom of threads where you reply to the thread or topic you are in.

Angus here, & this is my first post in the PIPS Forum of the Warrior Forum since joining Stone's PIPS at the beginning of March 2009.

I relocated in 2004 from the UK to my new home in Dubai, but was made redundant soon after arriving, so decided to live my life through hospitality/travel/tourism consultancy work & physical networking. Try to always have a smile on my face, even though it has been tough, which has prepared me well for the current economic climate, & trying several different homebased business ideas & opportunities. At the end of 2008, I decided that the internet should be where my focus should be, so that I could ultimately operate the business from any location, & so set about looking into.

The three months prior to deciding on PIPS as my main business was spent surfing, reading, trying, dropping, spending, etc in my knowledge gathering, which I imagine is what most people do. During this period, I also started impleting a Social Media strategy in my "day job", as a Marketing Director in an SME training company, which got me into areas that I wouldn't have dreamed of 6 months ago, with beneficial results in driving traffic to our website!

What a learning curve it has been for my personal business during long nights & weekends over the first two months of PIPS, & I would have certainly got very lost if I had tried to do everything myself - in fact I would have probably been one of those 97% failures! As it is, I came into the Warrior Forum late, & the PIPSPower Group only a month ago, so had already made several mistakes by following Stone's 30 Days without deviating, at a time when several updates where also being made to PIPS.

However, besides all the various comments from individuals in the forums, others specific to supporting some of the individual businesses like SFI & Web Prosperity, I have had great additional support from Suzanne Morrison & Jeff Casmer from the PIPSPower Group (& Jeff specifically on the SFI/PIPS Co-op), Darrin McLaughlin of PIPSite Help, & Dustin Cannon of PIPS Co-op .

The latest changes with Success University have been unfortunate, especially as there was an enthusiastic physical presence for SU members developing in Dubai, but does emphasis the importance of income streams from several homebased business opportunities that PIPS provides. As a result, I didn't hang around for any lengthy decision on Lawn Chair Millionaire, & joined up immediately, with some early good results.

Think that is a detailed enough introduction - you did ask after all. I look forward to making regular visits to the forum.

I started with PIPS a month ago and have been really busy and a bit over whelmed with all the info that there is. I must say though I have enjoyed every minute so far and cannot wait to get home every evening have dinner and get on my computer.

I have tried several internet ventures over the years and spent a lot of money. None though have taught me so much and given me so much info to work from as PIPS has. I saw the PIPS advert several years ago but did not join then. I wish I had. There again I was probably not ready then. I find myself drawn back to my computer and the internet all the time I suppose because I enjoy it so much.

I have been in many different fields of work through my life starting from soldiering, farming, nature conservation to name a few. At present I work in an aquatics shop selling fish and everything to do with fish keeping. It is a really enjoyable job but really a strain on my body as I am no longer a spring chicken. Being on the old feet all day is tough.

So having said all that PIPS and internet marketing are my life now and no one try and stop me. I know I am learning a lot and still have a lot to learn. The more you learn and apply the more you get.

Hi Everyone!

I'm a newbie but I am not new to affiliate networking on the technical side at least. When I was working as the technical engineer/programmer/project manager of one affiliate networking site, I was amazed at how everything works out inside the whole affiliate networking system. I remember acting like a paranoid mother over her child like it was the child's first day at school. Perhaps that was how exactly how I felt when we launched the affiliate network. I can clearly remember how excited I was when the site generated its very first lead! From then on, I was always so excited to log into the administrator panel and see how the site was doing. Before I left the company, it was making 6 digits a month. I would have built my own affiliate networking site if I had the resources but I know that a lot of technical know-how and some business know-how are not enough to run an affiliate network. We had a team of managers and salesperson running the show even if I was the sole programmer (patting myself at the back ) Anyway that fact doesn't stop me from wanting to be a part of this affiliate network arena. Right now, I am researching and researching and starting to put up a website that will serve two purposes: have a website that I'll be really proud of (I'm working and have worked on huge websites, why can't I own one?) and start my affiliate business through it. I find this forum full of very experienced and helpful folks in the business and it all the info are for free!

My name is Aaron Herman. I joined PIPS just over a month ago. I dabbled in affiliate marketing a couple of years ago, with the typical first impression that I could make easy, fast money. One of the programs I joined was SFI.

Well, after becoming fed up with slow results, I gave up for a while. Then, I happened to check my old email, and found several messages from SFI. So, I decided to do a bit of searching around, and found PIPS. Seemed like a good thing so I signed on.

This time around, I am smarter about my business. I have a budget in place, and have made myself a schedule so I can pace myself properly and not be distracted (which is very easy). I also realize that I need to put in some time and effort, there really is no Get Rich Quick.

I love the internet and internet marketing in special, I have started to “practice” it approx. two years ago on eBay selling brand diamond jewelry and brand watches. After learning the IM basics, Website design, seo and common traffic tactics used online i've bought a forex site, simple template on ebay for peanuts and starting to redesign it and to put content in. As i was searching my way around and from testing various ways to generate traffic, I've tried article marketing for this forex site and i was surprised to find an email in my inbox proposing me to sell the site, it also mentioned the site appears on google first page for two high competitive keyword phrases and the articles appears on four different links on the same page, can u beleive it? i couldn't , He meant i dominate google first page!
So now you can imagine how things rolled since..

I knew some basic seo rules to optimize a web page that i was implementing in my article marketing campaigns, bold keywords, keywords placements and density rate, i am using some research tools to find good keyword based idea's for my articles, and.. here i am on the first page. (by the way, i sold the site two months after).
This seo way is very simple and easy to implement, there’s some rules to follow which can be found free and even google, in his modifications times wont ever totally change at once it’s algorithm so my way is getting the desired results anyway.

well, it got me deeper in the IM field and as i am a FREE man by "Genetic code", I've practically quite my past life to fully learn IM (still am and i love to), I've built a dozen of new sites for valuable IM ebooks/software's and a great viral membership site, i'm launching the first site at these days (jv's. welcome), and meanwhile i'm trying to find a clear automation and fresh marketing ways for the rest of them.

I am currently a mortgage broker but due to global economy at the moment I can see our industry eroding in the near future. For this reason I have been researching on-line business opportunities for the past 3 months and found that PIPS was the best work from home business.
I am currently in day 5 of Stones 30 day training and am finding it all a little daunting. However I am determined to make a go of this so expect plenty of questions from this newbie.
