Hi- I got a question, i got all these weird symbols in my blog and i have spent the last 2 days trying to fix. What am i doing wrong? |

Did you create the posts in MS Word or another similar program? Some of the formatting, certain characters and even spaces from some word processing applications may cause this. Copying from and existing website can also cause these types of issues. I am not familiar with Blogger but with WordPress there are two post editors, a Visual or WYSIWYG and an HTML or plain text. In WP pasting the post into the HTML editor removes all the strange formatting and characters. If Blogger has an HTML editor try pasting into that or the opposite of what you did to get the strange characters. |

Hi Chris, Houdy is right, this is because you used copy paste directly to blogger, and it is because you pasted it to the html editor, if you paste to the WSIWYG editor you don't get the symbols and the text looks the same as in word or your website. If you want to use copy paste, copy the text to notepad and then the blogger. Tanny |
