Hi PIPSters, My Nov site visitors jumped to a +500% from TE's etc. However reading my PIPS stats under Referrer's report sheet there's +500 (70.27%) hits as from "Direct Request". Not specific on origin of hits/visitors. To me this doesn't tell me much cause I need to put more effort on tasks that deliver positive results. Your help will be very much appreciated. Hi John, I am not sure what stats you are measuring by, but if you are using the stats in the PIPS back office, I believe these to be somewhat flawed if not difficult to breakdown. As far as I am conerned, I use Statcounter - which is free to use. There are numerous stats to be found in there which are acurate. StatCounter Free invisible Web tracker, Hit counter and Web stats It is relatively easy to set up and all the instruction can be found on their website. Graham |

I just passed the one month mark for membership in PIPS, and so much of what everyone has said has been very helpful. This particular tool is of interest since I'm trying to better understand where my visitors come from so I can better target what areas I am drawing attention from. Thanks so much for making this mention!
