Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Are most pipsters a member of Success University ? What is everyones thoughts on joining SU? I have not joined as of yet but as i am now starting to earn money with the other programs i feel as thou i am missing out with SU.

If i decide to sign up i will be looking for a good sponsor from this forum. Who are the candidates out there ?

Kind Regards

Jason

Hi Jason

I love SU and thoroughly recommend it to everyone!
The wealth of information available there is profound.
The compensation plan is great too but the main reason I love it is because the courses are truly excellent!
I can honestly say that I have greatly benefited from SU in both my online business but even more so in my own personal life.
There are core values and life intricacies that are taught that will benefit anyone who cares to join!
I seriously reckon you should check it out!..........and if you are looking for a sponsor, I would be great! (if I do say so myself!)
You can sign up for a free 14 day trial and see if you like it!
Go for it!
Good Luck - Kym

SU is one of the more costly affiliate programs. The money spent for membership can add up quickly if you are not making any money. It's strongly suggested that new PIPs members concentrate on building their business first and as it grows start paying for the different programs. If you are on a tight budget SU and some other paid memberships can wait for a later date.

The ones you want to pay for first are your H4P hosting account and Getresponse upgrade. Those two you need to build your business. Depending on your budget the others can wait or if you have the money upgrade now, but it's not mandatory.

It's like most things, if you can't afford it you don't have to have it.

Hi Jason,

I would recommend Success University if you are already getting a regular stream of PIPS signups OR you have a strong enough interest in personal development to pay the monthly fee for the training, newsletters & CDs..

I currently make more commissions from SU than I do from any of the other PIPS programs, but I am getting a regular flow of PIPS signups. If you are not getting regular PIPS signups you will need to advertise SU on its own to stand a chance at making a profit with it.

It is harder to get started making commissions with SU than it is with Empowerism, but once you start there is a much bigger potential for growing your commissions as you receive a lot more benefit from the people that your upline recruit than you do with any of the other programs.

Hope this helps you make your decision.

Cheers,
Suzanne

you are right. Its quite expensive for a newbie. I need more information or i need to be clarified in somethings as regard SU. I signed up for the 14 day trial and i was given two links. one to my site and one to the main or member area. after the 14 day trial my card was billed for another 1 month, but due to there was no returns i suspended further payment. So i dont have access to the member area but the link to my site do open. My questions is if someone signs up through that link given to me will i be credited. This because i am promoting the link through my PIP.

Hi Jason,

I find Success University to be good value as the training material is very good.

I have also found that it is a good program to promote offline as well as through PIPS.

Some of my SU downline have come through PIPS but more as a result of seperate promotion, so even if your traffic isn't huge you can still get sign ups in other ways.

I have people in my downline who have no interest in building a online business, they just joined for the educational and training side of things

Hi Jason

I'm a newbie here and have actually been just quietly reading and learning ... until now. I want to comment on Success University and wheather to join or not. I actually joined SU long before I heard of this forum or PIP for that matter. I was introduced to it by a gentleman named Shawn Casey. I love SU for what it offers in self development. The opportunity to make a residual income was really a plus. My only regret is trying to get in touch with Shawn Casey or Tellman for that matter has been actually next to impossible, so I caution you against joining under either of them ... after being an upgraded member for about 8 months I'm going to discontinue as a member under Casey and join under someone in the PIPS Power Group (which I will be joining as soon as budget permits). I have not made any money as of yet, but I have to tell you that I haven't tried either. I say join under someone in the Power Group, after reading many of their posts they seem to be on target. So hang in there sir ...... I am. (Ok, now to retreat back under radar)

Good reply Shooter!
Glad you came out from under the radar for a second!
I too joined SU way before Pips and funnily enough although SC is not my upline, I have tried to contact him on another issue - to no avail!

I cannot stress enough - SU is Fantastic! I invest alot into myself and $50 per month is a bargain for what I gain!

Anyway - you are spot on with the PPG!
Being a member has really helped me excel all of my affiliate programs and promotional efforts, my technical knowledge has exploded and I am on my way to being a pro blogger (look out Yaro!)
You will be very welcome at the PPG!

If you are not an active/paid member, you can't receive commissions or benefit from anyone who signs up under you. Anyone who clicks your link would roll up and be to the credit of your upline in the system.

Any other questions should be directed to support(at)successuniversity.com

Hi Nathaniel.

Actually the right thing to do is whenever you are ready to join SU, is that you sign up under your PIPS sponsor.

So just stand in their shoes. If you were the sponsor in PIPS, ideally you would have received commissions when anyone joined any of the core programs under you.

I am sure if you were the sponsor in this case that it would not seem fair to you that your downline joined SU under a member of some other program (like PPG) -

edit: Of course if your PIPS sponsor does not belong to SU then it doesn't matter who you sign up under.

Of course you are free to join under anyone you want to, but again, your PIPS sponsor should get the benefit unless you have a problem with them (not responding to requests for support, for instance).

(so this might be one way to figure out who your sponsor is if you don't know)

When you joined PIPS you were advised to input the sponsor's ID into that field if you were not joining at that time. They would thereby get the commissions that you forfeit when you didn't join, until you do join and replace their ID with your own.

(or if you had an existing ID you could have used it) If you did not, do either, then you were given a default ID so that there would not be an error on an invalid link (with no ID).

I joined SU when I joined PIPS. I have not managed to get any sign-ups yet so I have not renewed my SU account. Should I unsubscribe until I am ready to join again or does anyone know if they will unsubscribe me automatically if I don't renew? I have become a bit sidetracked by all the e-mails that keep on pouring in - about 200+ per day - and have not focussed on my PIPS business enough. I became a little disheartened by the fact that it seemed to be "another day another dollar" system. I will try to stay more focussed now if anyone can tell me that they are truly making a life changing income with this?

Hi Alta,

You will remain subscribed as long as your payment details are valid. So the only way to cancel would be to either raise a support request and ask them, or if your payment details become invaid e.g. credit card expires.

If you are finding you are getting distracted by all the emails it really helps to make some folders in whatever email program you use e.g. a folder for SFI, one for SU, one for PIPS etc. Then when the emails come in your can store tham in the relevant folder, keeping your inbox organised and just read them when you are ready.

Cheers,
Suzanne

Hi Suzanne,

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I do put my e-mails in folders but the problem is that I tried to read too many that come in. I have now given up on reading all of them. Oh, and I saw that SU has just deducted the payment for the next month. I will have to stop that for now.

All the best,

Alta

Hi Alta,

Sorry to hear that. Make sure you make the most of your membership and have a look to see if there are any courses that you can benefit from or bonuses that you want to download.

A couple of tips for you:
- to make your forum signature live put "http://" in front of your link
- if you want to add your photo under your name on the left hand side go to the user CP and click "edit avatar" then you can upload a photo or give a link to your photo.

I see you are from Cape Town. I was there last year for my honeymoon and had a fantastic time.

Cheers,
Suzanne
