Newbie needs help with WP plugins - again

I am a newbie and hopefully someone out there can help me.

I am working on setting up my first auto content blog according to the "Auto Content Cash" program. I am now loading activating and setting up the plug ins. These are my problems so far:

1. The link for "Internal Link Building" is not showing up after it should. I used FTP Filezilla to load it into the plug in folder of the data base but that is as far as I can get.

2. A comment box does not show up at the bottom of the page.

3. The "CommentLuv" logo and "CommentLuv/KeywordLuv" statement do not show up.
Lastly the "Comment Warning" pop-up does not show when it should. Some help would really be appreciated. I have been struggling with this site for almost 2 months.

Look up a guy named Will Perkins in the wso section... Very simple course will teach anyone wp.
