I cancelled my MWP membership recently - no income and the prices higher than the High Street for what I wanted. However the cancellation seems not to have gone through and I have been charged for a continuing subscription. Questions arise: 1. Is this a common occurence or just a one off blip? 2. Can I get a refund through the Credit/Debit card? 3. Can anyone suggest a remedy for this rather embarrassing impasse? I have no doubt that the system works well for many people. However I am rather flummoxed as there seems to be no answer to this technical problem. Yours ay then everyone, Ted Baty (The Reverend Doctor Edward Baty) |

Please continue to write to support(AT)myworldplus.com eMail has a less than 60% deliverability rate for various reasons. I would say every 48 hours (and add their email address to your email address book). Try 2-3 more times maximum. After 3 tries I would contact my credit card bank and file a dispute for all the charges. They will ask you to provide documentation on your efforts to cancel the account. --------------- MWPlus MWP Team support(AT)myworldplus.com 2221 Justin Rd.
