Need advice with keywords for my site

Hello all,
Glad to be on this forum with so much good information and support from everyone.
It's been a month since I joined PIP and I need advice regarding my title for my site.
I have been using Affiliate Marketing Online but then I just changed to Affiliate Marketing Online Business.
I'm thinking that this is not right keywords I should be using and use for backlinks.
Should I change my title and backlinks to focus on major keywords that's on my site like "home" "business" "online" "internet"...etc.....

Your domain name is "Internet Profit Online". I would suggest using the Google Adwords Keyword tool, put in your domain name, see what comes up.

You could also input Internet Profit, Profit Online as seperate searches to find deeper keywords for your site.

The keywords you are trying to get indexed for, as far as I can see have NO RELEVANCE to your domain name, nor the content on your home page.

Remember: When you are working to get your site indexed for keywords, those keywords MUST appear on the page you are trying to get indexed.

The keywords you choose for individual pages should be researched for the content of that specific page.

I highly suggest you work on your home page first, then work on subsequent pages to get them indexed for different keywords.

Hi Justin!

I would suggest that if you are looking to rank keywords in the search engine results, that you may consider starting out with a less competitive field. While you can get great results in Internet Marketing and the Make Money at Home niches, it is much easier, faster and less frustrating to start with other niches.

As a general rule, you want to backlink the pages on your site with the keywords you are targeting - with some variations. So let's say you are targetting "pink bunny slippers" and that is also your domain name. You would want "pink bunny slippers" on your page, then you would want backlinks pointing to that page with the words "pink bunny slippers", "pinkbunnyslippers.com" "bunny slippers that are pink".

You guys are so wondeful!
I originally had Internet Profit Online as my title site and planned to use that as keywords but I didn't learn about the keywords until I was reading on this forum and doing some researching.
I have been using Google Adwords for keyword researching but I wasn't clear how it would relate to my site.
I didn't know if I need to use keywords that's showing up a lot on my site or use my domain name and relate to that.
Would you guys recommend going back to Internet Profit Online as title site and use that as backlinks?

It is not going to make a whole lot difference what your title will be.

What is important is getting daily new links and websites pointing back to your site.

You should be doing this on a daily basis and keep doing it for a long time until you start seeing good amount of free and qualified traffic.
