Hi Alan,

I could be wrong here as I am not a stumble expert but from what I can see there are no stumble reviews on my site at all and maybe it's the way all members are doing this. Am I right in this, we should go onto our home pages and in the very top corner you will see 'liked 150 pages’, 300 pages or whatever:-

Then drill into the number shown and this will take you to every page that you have given the thumbs up to since you joined.

There you will see green thumbs next to all of them along with the date you did this and there should be a whole lot of sites with the same date which will help to identify the warrior members which if like mine will be mostly in one date block.

Next to the date there are the numbers of reviews entered for each site which you have to click on which will take you to the reviews themselves which if I am correct should show your own site at the top ready to give a review and you have to click on edit/review which will take you to a box to enter your own quick review. After you do this you may have to refresh or come out to see what you have written but usually this shows as soon as you go back in to see all the reviews for that particular site.

If you don't do this then the reviews don't show and all we are doing is clicking the thumbs up on every site which is not registering as a review, only a historical favourite record which generates other similar sites when you next stumble.

Hope that all makes sense, I am trying to work thru all the warriors that I gave thumbs up to and will get thru them all eventually.

I'm not quite sure. It helps to get help from the big guns, but doing this on a local scale isn't bad. It helps if everyone involved networks with others and builds up a good following.

Happy New Year!! I noticed that you used social poster here. I found a video about how effective using this can be. You may want to take a look at the video. If this guy is to be believed and if it is true, you've stumbled on something BIG. But really who knows. Do you have any good experience to share and do you think what this guy says (Louddle ...sorry I may have got his name wrong) is true.

I just put the video on my blog. It's a series of 14 SEO video clips...look for one titled "SEO-How to Rule Google". He's the guy wearing specs. Just hover your mouse at the bottom of screen to select this video clip. What do you think?

I don't use social poster though I've heard of this name. I used SocialMarker and have accounts opened only for dofollow sites. So this long list is quite overwhelming.

Incidentally, if anyone has any doubt about the usefulness of stumbleupon, I wrote an article on my new site and stumbled it and had over 170 visitors in less than an hour. It may well have the title that caused the volume, but none the less, it proves stumbleupon works.

I've been meaning to ask you. Same as you, I do see such traffic but usually nothing comes out of it. ZIP! none. Is there some truth in people saying that SU traffic is non-targeted. I even read someone who had 2000+ views on a post but no sales generated, perhaps just window shoppers. Just some food for thought.

I have just worked through the list and stumbled everyone also written a review on most but not all - if you had more than 1 site, i reviewed onl 1 but will come back again for the others.

When i annalyzed the 170 visitors to my site, there were only a handful that ventured into the site, most left Iguess after reading or viewing the article.
