SFI Follow up AUTOMATION
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Hi,

I want to automate follow up in my email marketing when one subscriber of my list register in SFI

In order to do it I need to do the following task:

Add the following code in the "Sign up confirmation of my SFI Gateway" :

<img src="http://www.getresponse.com/ModSalesTracking/TransactionComplete/650094/1/0.00/1">

Of course I do not have access to include it in my gateway, is there an alternative?

Regards,

Ramiro Trevino

Hi Ramiro,

SFI is already following up with these people. I would recommend that you just focus on sponsoring new SFI affiliates on a daily basis. Keep them coming in all the time.

Hi RamiroMaybe you should create a landing that connects to your gateway page, on the landing page you could add your code as well as other things. You can host it with SFI but it costs more the Host4profitHope that helpsRosalie

Hi Racey,

Thank you.

I can create a landing page about SFI with a Registration SFI link, once people sign I have no control to add a code in a "Thank you Page" since this is 100% of SFI

The code needs to be in a page after sign up, that is the problem.

I can include it in my custom sfi landing page but it will be worthless, because they might sign or not.

Regards,

Ramiro

What I do is funnel my new SFI affiliates to a new GetResponse campaign that is specifically for training them in building SFI. I provide them a link in their welcome email that enables them to sign up for the newsletter. After a while if they don't automatically sign up, then I add them to the campaign and hope that they confirm, which most do. You just have to keep track of everyone.

In the newsletter I promote PIPS but also provide valuable information to help them build their SFI business.

Hope that helps,

Alan

Hi Ramiro,

There is nothing wrong with supporting your affiliates, it is highly recommended anyway but my advice is to keep the communications to the minimum because during the first 30 days SFI are sending out regular follow ups and if you are sending yours as well it can turn people off.

What I do is send a welcome email, very supportive and maybe one more during the month, perhaps if they have completed their profile for example but I place reminders in my diary to contact affiliates again shortly before the 30 days is up with maybe a gift certificate offer or an offer to divert a few new affiliates of mine into their team to help them get started but my condition is that they must do this before the 30 days is up.

This is a call to action and gives an indication of their intention in this business but some affiliates can wait months then suddenly upgrade to EA so you never know,

best of luck,

Mal/

I was sending them emails manually every 2nd day with some never writing back and others showing some interest but nothing more, so i started sending emails once or twice per week, still getting the same results. What i have found is that the ones who want to make sfi work will join while the rest are just tire kickers.

Hi,

In the first 30-60 days I would send MINIMUm every 2 days and probably 3 days as they do get some email from SFI as well....

Take care

Thank you for your recommendation Jeff.

I am getting subscrbers from "Get Subscribers" of GetResponse

One campaign is for enroll to SFI and other to convert them in EA and invite them to PIPS.

When one subscriber register in SFI I need to manually move it to the upgrade campaign.

It is only that I do not have enough time and I was thinking in the "MOVE ON SALE/REGISTRATION" feature of GETRESPONSE.

I agree with you to follow up every 3 days. Actually I setup the intervals betweem each email in the upgrade campaign to 3 days.
