This one was written by Allen Lundy in my defense when I was recently attacked by Trolls. The thread got deleted when the troll got banned by another moderator. (I took out the barbs to the troll and just left the sweet stuff).

I have known Pat since late 2005 and believe me, you will NEVER find anyone who is more dedicated to helping others at the expense of her own goals.

Anyway, in 2005, we both were "newbies" and she was full of vim and vigor to get her online marketing business going. She was in this forum asking question upon question, making contacts and hundreds if not thousands of real friends.

She lived and breathed Internet Marketing. She was focused beyond belief. The money and time she invested into her online business was shocking... to say the least.

After a short time, she was the one being asked questions. So, she took the time as all good forum members do, to help others when they went to her. Her dedication to helping others caused her online business to suffer, but, Pat was ALWAYS THERE for any PIPS member.

Eventually, her dedication was noticed by the man himself - Stone.

As Pat worked between PIPS and her own business, she was offered an opportunity by Stone to become the moderator of the PIPS FORUM. She was entrusted by Stone to virtually run his business within this Forum.

It was then Pat made a decision to let her business take a back burner and she completely immersed herself into becoming an expert on PIPS.

Pat came to believe in PIPS and the people who joined it and she changed her calling from trying to become a successful Internet and Affiliate Marketer to an area that VERY FEW will venture into.

She became an advocate for PIPS and has literally dedicated her life to helping others become successful online with PIPS.

If you had bothered to look at the site you linked to in this post, you would have seen that sight was built in 2006 (almost 5 years ago) when she was a complete newbie.

Pat built that site from scratch. Can you take FrontPage or Dreamweaver and build your own site? It's not that easy, especially if you are just learning to spell HTML.

Anyway, in my honest, yet humble opinion - Stone has found in you, the "Hope Diamond" of moderators and employees.

Without you, this forum and probably his business would be no where close to what it is today.

I can only say, keep up the great work, and don't let the jerks get you down.

Although, as you know, I haven't really done much with PIPS over the past 3 years, because I have expanded my horizons into product creation and blog themes.

With that said, I am still going to be taking you and Stone up on the PIPS free hosting offer, and put up a new PIPS site for myself.

Per our PM's, I will also provide you with a few video's to help the PIPS members when it comes to backing up their "old PIPS sites" to allow each member that doesn't want a brand new blank blog, to move their original site to the new hosting.

Additionally, I will also provide a very short and sweet video showing those that may be a little confused or nervous, as to how to change their DNS.

Both processes, backing up the database and changing the DNS, actually will take less than 5 minutes of actual work. It will take longer to log into their domain registrar and cPanel than it takes to actually do the work.

It's not as daunting of a task as many may believe.

To your success, to the continued success of PIPS, and especially the success of all the hard charging, dedicated PIPS members.

P.S. - Many may wonder why I would spend my own time doing this - and the easy answer is -

Without PIPS - I wouldn't be anywhere near where I am, nor have the income I currently do. PIPS honestly changed my online career and my life because of the initial training offered.

PIPS gave me the courage to expand my knowledge and go out and do my own projects and products.

Pat's encouragement was a large part of my current success!

I am not an 'employee' - I am a self-employed contractor.

I invented the PIPS Helpdesk - with Stone - I was/am a member of PIPS and I asked him if he would be interested in having a helpdesk. He was/is so coool. He said 'what do you envision'. The idea developed from there. This is my 8th year so far.

The Forum Moderator is one of my Helpdesk Routines. I always laugh about that because when Stone hired me I used to say I had a full time job without pay just answering private messages and responding to threads.

I got it going on. Moderators are almost never paid. In a sense since I am paid a salary for being the Member Services Director (formerly Member Support Director) I am paid in part for mod'ing the pips forum.

This forum was the best thing that ever happened to me and I have said over and over that I never would have hung in there the first year if I hadn't somehow finally come in here.

I also handle pre-sales, applications, troubleshooting, and technical support for members.

I also handle operations = install hosting, Wordpress, databases, and autoresponders when i process one of the orders that member's have generated -- fondly known as commissionable sales -

So I am truly just working with you all - You drive them here and we will take care of them for you.


... and a crumb for the troll: It is true I have neglected my websites for years now. I just don't have time to do marketing. And I am guilty of writing run on sentences. on my own blog.

When I write (ghostwrite) professional articles I am very careful about spelling and grammar.

There is a very old thread somewhere around here with earlier testimonials but i sure don't have time to dig it up - it may even be on the old version of the forum - just an archive.

It is an actual thread where people came here to the forum to say something sweet to me and it was pages and pages long!

I would also like to add my testimonial. I have been a member of PIPS for quite a while, but when I started I didn't really understand the value this system offers. As we all know Internet marketing has many shiny objects and they all are very tempting and losing focus is very easy.

However, one of the most important aspects of PIPS is Pat and her excellent service. Pat knows that I have sometimes been bit critical of some aspects of PIPS, but she has always steered me into the right direction. And to be honest, being critical is very easy. We sometimes forget that Stone and Pat have done this a long time and definitely know what is working and what is not.

Her knowledge of everything related to PIPS and Internet marketing is priceless and when I have ran into problems with my site she has always been there to help me.

I have had several sites over the years and I've had all the usual problems website owners run into and when you are doing it on your own it's not very nice to wake up in the morning and see that your site has been hacked. However, with PIPS we can always send Pat a note and she will sort things out without any fuss. That's a huge relief!

If you are new with PIPS or Internet marketing in general you might not realize the value of a good support. This is definitely one aspect of PIPS that is priceless and I want to thank Pat for all the hard work she is doing for all of us!
