Must I have a Squidoo lens page already?

Hi everyone.

I am getting just a bit frustrated on understanding a few things, but I need to do something to add content to my website fast. I do not and have not learned how to do this myself yet. I do not trust my own article writing at this point. I want to get into Dustins co-op but can only enter in as a Silver member at this point.
My questions. Must I already have a Squidoo lens page Or does Dustins Coop help with this? Yes, I have read Training days 8 and 9, but I still seem to be struggling with exactly what I am suppose to be getting?
Now in day 9 of the training, it says I can get my professionally written articles from the co-op (Dustins). So, by getting in this co-op, I don't see it being a negative thing in any way whatsoever, and if it does not work for someone, they can CANCEL anytime! With the basic Silver package, I am having a tough time understanding just how many articles we get professionally written for us per month? ONE or is there more and if so HOW MANY? Thank you anyone, Yes I've visited his website also "Total Content Domination", and still seem a bit confused on exactly what I am suppose to get.

Never been in the co-op so can;t help there.

As far as Squidoo lenses yu should create one for each product you are promoting, SFI, My World Plus, etc.. Put a link to your capture pages for the individual programs and a link to your web site in each one.

In writing your Lenses use selected Keywords in your article and description of each product. It will help people find them.

Jenny - as with any program - the best resource to find out what the program does is their site. If you can't find it on the site then contact their support to ask them the questions directly.

Total Content Domination and/or the BizOppMarketing Co-op will create the Squidoo Lens for you along with all of the other features that they mention on the site.

Thank you Pat and Stephen....I will go do this right away...you guys are always so awesome and wonderful at helping answer my questions, thank you, I feel so relieved. I didn't know you could create a Lens page for each program you are in? I did look over the Squidoo lens website and they offered a few choices on subjects to create your lens page about, but I saw nothing that could help me promote my business and I have no idea on how in the world to create one from scratch?
