Replicated PIP Sites?
Share on:

Can we Replicate our site to other Domain Names? or is that against Policy.
It seems having different Titles for our Blogs would increase our potential
presence to be indexed.

Just a Thought

I've modified and replicated my PIPS site on two websites so far.

www.pluginprofitsynergy.com

www.giewiz.com

It's not a bad idea, just make sure you have different articles on each site so that they appear more "unique" to the search engines.

Please keep in mind - having more than one PIPS site means that you will have to do double the marketing - it seems like for newer members it would be best to focus on just one domain name.

Also please note that each domain name would need to have it's own PIPS ID and autoresponder.

Hi,

If you are new to internet marketing just have one PIPS site....

Newbies are especially easy to not stay focused on 1 website and 2 just makes the tasks at hand that much more difficult...

Even for more experienced marketers tend to get distracted by the pure number of websites they own....

Focus on one....master it....then add...

"Wash, rinse, repeat"

Take care

Jeff,
I like that metephore, Wash, Rinse, Repeat. So simple and yet it
is an affective way to succeed. Thanks,

Hi there,

Im a newish person to plug in profit site and this is my first post at this awsome forum.

If your wanting to copy your site to multiple domain just copy and paste all the code from you plug in profit site editor section to the wordpress default theme editor section in you new domain. BUT make sure you start at the "stylesheet" first and work you way up

Stylesheet
RTL Stylesheet
header-img.php

Theme Functions
Single Post
Sidebar
Search Results

ETC you get my drift. Then you will have more than 1 plug in profit site website.

Im so comfused. WHY WOULD YOU NEED DIFFRENT PIPS ID'S? as they are MLM affiliate income programs and they can be posted on any blog/site etc. I personally have more that 1 plug in profit site under diffrent domain names/ URL's. So you telling me that people need to pay for the plug in profit site program more than once. would'nt that be against all internet marketing ETHICAL STANDARDS.

The Plug-In Profit Site program is FREE - it always has been. We now provide free hosting as well.

It is not the affiliate programs (which may or may not be free) that need 2nd or 3rd IDS. IT IS THE FREE PIPS MEMBER ID. So I doubt whether this is unethical.

The reason you need different PIPS IDs for different domains is because of our system - that is the member database.

The entire problem is with the campaign names for the autoresponder - specifically with squeeze pages.

The campaign name that is in your PIPS account profile has to MATCH what is in the squeeze page code (which does a 'call' from your profile for your autoresponder information) -- (just as the campaign name on your 1st website needs to match your profile) -- otherwise they will not work. (people will get errors when they try to opt-in from a squeeze page with a mismatched campaign name)

For other issues you could use the same campaign name for every site/other domains (there is only one field for a campaign name in your profile) (and this is what I do with my multiple sites)

However THE PROBLEM with this IS that the campaigns have pre-defined values in the autoresponder configuration -

...so it doesn't look that great if your domain is ZYZHomeBiz.com and they are getting newsletters that have links to ABCWorkFromHome.com - In fact it actually may seen as suspicious...

In my case my domain names are related enough that it doesn't matter as much, and I don't use the squeeze pages...
