Hi Pat, I was cruising through the WF and noticed a lot of people have their pics above their names. Is that disabled in the PIPs forum and is it possible to inable them?

Yes just go to your User CP and it is under the one with Avatars - choose custom avatars and then upload from your hard drive or domain..

Wait let me go get the exact deal where avatars is,

Hi Pat, I did that before I made the post. It doesn't seem to be showing?

Never mind. I uploaded it to the wrong place. I just went to Avatars and it works now.

Did the same thing - thought that the profile pic should show but it didn't and then I finally noticed avatars.

I really like how most people have their pics now in the new WF. It's good to put faces to the names you see all the time.

I like we can put a face to a name now as well. It reinforces what we shouldb e doing on our own websites and blogs.

Although I lost some messages I had saved in my Private Messages, I guess it's a small price to pay for this new and much improved forum.

Heck, I'm going to have to spend some time in here just to learn about all the new and neat features.

Hi Al - are you sure you lost them?

Remember the old WF archives are still there - I will go over and look later - I know it won't let you write anything or edit anything - but you would think the PMs would be there...

yes i am really impressed with this new software.

i can't believe how many people have been online all day - low is like 1200 something - high was almost 1400 - where were all these people before? lol...

Yes Charles - you can either choose to be identified with your group/rank, or choose a custom comment for your byline.
