It's probably all been asked before so please be patient with me

I'm a skeptical type so "free" worries me I've seen the PIPS sales page glowing testimonials that may be old/outdated or ........ I did'nt see much in the way of an explanation. I gather it's some sort of affiliate system, what areas/markets is it in?

I'd really appreciate it if a current PIPS member would be willing to take a moment and explain what it is and how it works. Are you making a net profit out of PIPS?

• Just because it used to work doesn't mean that it still will so is it still possibly to start and make decent $ from it?
• Is it comparable with Panda?
• Is it saturated or outdated?
• I know it's supposed to be free but I'm expecting a lot of needful but costly extras. So what does it cost to run the full system?

The answer to the bottom line issues are that I have processed new orders for 5 years (and been a member for 7 years). There are orders received every day - so people are making sales. In addition to the full system many people sell the individual affiliate programs in the core and those I don't see as they are processed by the programs directly.

The system really is free - and recently we have begun to offer free hosting as well. For new applicants all that is required is to register a domain name with our domain company - $1.99 (.info) to $9.99* -

We also ask that people join at least 1 of the 5-6 optional affiliate programs as this is the main way that people can generate an income from their Plug-In Profit Site. The sites are fully customizable and you can add other programs to your personal website.

ALL OTHER COSTS are optional. Stone Evans will recommend marketing and advertising services as well as to outline step-by-step free techniques and strategies.

* We will also accept a domain transfer from another registrar - however this can take 7 to 60 days to resolve before we can build your site; whereas a new domain we will build the site within 24 hours of receipt of a valid application.

For our existing members active or inactive, they can just change the domain nameservers (DNS) on an existing domain to redirect to our host to receive the latest version of the site if they want a new site and new blog.

If they want to keep their current version which may have custom design or blog posts, then they would need to transfer the files themselves or can pay our partner $20 to take care of the transfer for them.

p.s. Don't look for reasons you will fail - 'saturated', 'outdated' etc - Look for reasons you will succeed. It is good to do due diligence, but being skeptical or negative is counter-productive as you will ultimately project that attitude to others. Why would they believe if you if you don't believe it yourself?

No program works unless we do. It all depends on you and how much effort and time you are willing to invest in your business as to how fast, and how much you can earn with the system. (of course there are other variables with any program such as the economy and even the seasons that do affect 'how fast' to some degree as well)

While Plug-In Profit Site is a lot of things, it is not instant, magic or a 'get rich quick scheme'. Like any legitimate business it requires W-O-R-K and patience to build a foundation and develop an income.

PIPS is more or less a way to have a fully functional and loaded site built for you that is easy to manage and comes with a lot of great resources, tools, training, support, and so on. It's basically the same as if you built a site yourself from scratch, except they make it much easier for you. So, really it could never become too saturated or useless because it's just like anyone else building a site, which happens thousands of times every day all over the world.

You will want to make changes to your site, add new content, update existing content, change the theme, etc... So it is different than all the other PIPS sites out of the box. But it is still a great way to get your own site live on the internet and always will be. Just make sure you don't leave it as is.

After that the key is marketing and link building -- Just like with any other site, PIPS or not.

Right I'll setup and get it running, I've been trying to get motivated to have a real push into affiliate since I took my retail webshop down last year. The manufacturer screwed the importer/agent I had a relationship with and I had to bin it.......................

Thank you to all those who responded to this post. I was looking a PIPS today after finding this area on the warrior forum, and wondering the same thing. I am looking for a business that I can build on, but unfortunately lack the financial resources to sign up for the paid programs at the moment. I would really like to but I have to be realistic. But what I do have is time, and lots of it. It looks like a really good program, and the fact this is an active forum does suggest it is worth getting involved in. So I am off to signup.
