Hi Richardj,

If after 6 months and you've still got no response...
You're apparently doing something wrong here.

Could you post your process and what you've
actually done in this thread so we can help you?

To allow us to help you better, please post exactly
what you've done and not what you think you
should have done.

We'll be able to help you better that way.

Hi Richard, I was going to vote in your Poll but can't. Each one of your choices is a new question?

I will assume you really want to know if you can make money with PIPs and how long will it take.

Here is my basic answer, PIPs is part of the "Make Money" Niche. This Niche is by far one of the most overcrowded and difficult Niche's to make money in. Hundreds of thousands of people are trying and most will fail. There is a good reason for both, it is also one of the most lucrative Niches.

There is a lot of money to be made but it isn't going to be easy to make it. You could easily expect a couple years of constant article marketing, blogging, using traffic exchanges and some paid advertising to begin seeing a real income. How hard you are willing to work and how much you are willing to put into it will be the deciding factor of how long it will take and how profitable it will be. There are ways to beat the time factor using CPA and CPM plus other costly advertising resources such as PPC but there will be trial and error with them and it isn't cheap to learn. Basically it will be up to you and your determination.

There is one major hurdle not talked about much. That is the hurdle everyone faces and quite often they face it more than once. It is, do you quit or do you keep going. If you can push yourself over that hump every time it comes around you will win. If you can't then it's good luck in your next adventure.

Hi Richard,

I recognize your name and I have to agree with everyone else here....

If your not prepared to make significant changes to your website and be prepared to invest more time then 6 months you will be at the same point you are at now...

It would be better if you can let us know what you have worked on up to this point so we can point you in the right direction....

Take care

Hi Richard,

I know exactly how you feel. I've been at it for about 6 mos as well. Just 10 months ago, I thought "Google it" was the name of a little kids game. Seriously. It's okay, you can laugh. So...I had a lot of learning to do. However, giving up is NOT an option.

As Mr. Meyer pointed out...(This Niche is by far one of the most overcrowded and difficult Niche's to make money in. Hundreds of thousands of people are trying and most will fail. There is a good reason for both, it is also one of the most lucrative Niches)

"One of the most lucrative niches" is what keeps driving me. The only way you or I will fall into the high percentage of failures is by giving up. There is so much to learn and a lot of hard work ahead of us. Don't give up and definitely let these experienced Warriors help you. My biggest mistake was not joining this group as soon as I was instructed to do so. I see you too joined this forum a little late, approx 3 mos after you first joined. Better late than never. I will be watching this thread closely to see exactly what it is you are doing so that I can learn from you and our mentors, as well.

Just for the record, I do have approx 20 sign ups and only 1 of the 20 actually signed up to almost all the programs + purchased their domain. That's just one more than you but hey, I didn't get that one until very very recently.

My focus right now is making changes to customize my site and to add content. Writing articles & article marketing is tough for some of us and I don't know if that is a strong point for you or not but, if not, I would recommend learning everything you can on how to write fresh content plus I'm finding it also to be the most rewarding.

Another thing I believe to be helpful is joining social networks such as Facebook, MySpace, etc. Also, sign up with Digg, Del.icio.us, Technorati and such to familiarize yourself & to learn how to navigate & use those sites. I'm finding this also to be very helpful in expanding my knowledge.

The 3 to almost 4 months before finding PIPS I wasted a lot of time AND BIG money on programs that were not complete. From the little experience I do have I can say for certain, you are not wasting your time with this program. This is by far THE BEST program you will find. Not to mention the support, the autoresponder that is included and the cost is beyond reasonable.

I hope you will find my experiences helpful.

Hang in there...we will succeed!

To our success!
Mirza Korach

PS: Just a little FYI. As of this writing the changes I'm working on to my site have not been added just yet. Thanks again.

Mirza

Hi Richard,

Well put by everyone here. It really takes time and momentum to get enough traffic to be able to make PIPS profitable. But yes, plenty of people are making money through PIPS which means you can too right?? All you have to do is figure out how they are doing it and do the same.

Or...apply what you learn through PIPs to make money in other facets of the online arena.

Don't give up

Hey Mizra!

- lots of people can benefit from your post, so even if the OP was ahead of you - there is always somebody right along side and/or behind you even if (the one's ahead are remote).

That's one reason I say the forum is the most conducive way to really see what is going on 'between the buttons'... from the other people on 'the street' - the little people!

Happy NY 2009!

I made money in my first month and could barely send email when I started. So I bought leads and followed up by autoresponder and let it make sales for me. I have since gone on to learn SKILLS to move my business forward.

The PIPS program is a starter program. Nothing more. You have to learn skills, especially as they pertain to getting quality traffic everyday. If you do that you can make money in the home business niche, work at home niche, or any niche you want online.

I just finished my first 30 days. I have not actually gotten a check yet but am expecting one from SFI for December. I am getting about 2-3 new signups each day to my autoresponder. I have not signed anyone up yet for all the programs but have gotten 3 signups to SFI. I am getting on average 400-500 hits a day to my website.

It has been a lot of hard work but I see far more progess with this program than I had with any of the others I have tried. I am very encouraged and do think you can make money if you are willing to put in the time and effort.

Richard,

Not to sound like a broken record, but, building a business takes time. If you want it fast, get out your wallet. I'm positiive that for a fee you can get everything done by specialists. If you don't want to spend the money, it takes time to learn to do it yourself.

I see my PIP site as the homebase for my buisiness. I can honestly tell you that I am not getting rich, but, all the income my business makes comes from things I would not be involved with if not for PIPS it's affiliate's and this forum.

See yourself doing what you want to do, then do it.

And thanks to all for your awesome comments, hints and advice.

Agimeli,

It takes a lot of time each day but here is what I have done. I am a member of 3 traffic exchanges that I am on daily. I am a member of Direct Matches which is great for marketing. I have an adwords ad running. I use InstantBuzz.com. I have put links on 3 other websites I own. I submitted my sites to directories. I am a member of PIPS Coop. I have advertised with Revisitors.com and Guaranteed Visitors.

Some of this has cost money and some has not. I can say it has taken a lot of time. I am now beginning to see the constant flow of traffic and sign ups so it has all been worth it.

If you need any help drop me an e-mail and I will do whatever I can.

Thanks

Jessica

Even if you have not made money on the PIPs progrsm - the information and training that Stone has for everyone is the best on the internet - you can apply it to anything you market.

I've been around for 10 years and I've watched people come and go - just as many make it work as those who do not.

Super training from someone who walked the walk and devised an excellent program to help others up this information highway.

Re: Anyone Making Money With Stone?

Man Oh man Oh man!! I have seen this type of "are you making any money" thread over and over and over for the last three years. The same old question with the same old throw it back in the askers face without any real answer to the original question posed.

Admin if this is too truthful or harsh please delete!

Yes you need to work your tail off for sure. Yes, you need a good plan. I believe a lot of people have.

A lot of people are not going to like this post, however here goes.

First of all lets answer the gentleman’s question. Who, if anyone is making a living (money) with PIPS? Not 10$ here or 100$ there? An actual living online with PIPS?

We know that Stone is making a huge income from PIPS. Check that off.

Also I would guess that less than a dozen people in all of PIPSdom are making a lucrative living (money) online with PIPS. I for one am not making a full time income (less than 1000$ per month after three years) online with PIPS. (For those who want to argue this, state your income range and how long it took). Put up or shut up.

Of those dozen it is likely that all of them have taken the concepts taught in the PIPS training and used them to brand themselves in a unique way.

Which leads to the second question. Are you branding yourself (making it yours)?

It (network marketing, internet marketing) is really about branding. You need to take all the PIPS training and tools and brand yourself.

I realized this way late in the game, I have yet to apply many of its concepts.

Stone has created a system. He has branded himself very carefully in this niche. The website he created is his. If you think for a minute that you can succeed without doing this you are hugely mistaken. This does not mean change your website's colors and call it good either. If someone out there besides Stone is actually doing it with the original PIPS website, please don’t hesitate to show us and state your income range and how long it took.

Jeff Schuman, Jeff Casmer, Stephen Meyer and others have alluded to this many times. If you look at their sites and blogs you will see branding in action. Come on really now, has no one noticed that Jeff Schuman has even created his own sales page with his own sales copy!

Lets keep in mind that this is Internet Networking Marketing and if you do your research, most of the super successful Network Marketers in history have branded themselves.

One of the best in the business today is Mike Dillard (Google him for more info) He is in my opinion the guy to learn from when it comes to branding yourself. It does not matter what company, product or business you are promoting, nor the cost to join and promote. Mike himself promotes a business that requires a startup of many thousands of dollars and he is very successful with it.

All of us who are not, including me, must put more effort into this concept of branding.

Suggestion--get Mike Dillards programs and study them. Get on his mailing list so you can learn from him.

So to be absolutely truthful, you would be hard pressed to make money if you simply sign up for PIPS and do everything on the 30days to Success training without making it unique to you.

The education that you will acquire from this journey can be applied to almost everything you do to make money online. The learning curve is steep and long but you will not regret the experience. Just do not forsake the training or the branding concepts... Make yourself as a unique expert and you will succeed!

Thanks for the plug Zirkamer.

I make over $100K a year with internet marketing and some of that is from the PIPS programs I am still in. I thought Stone was plenty famous already so I chose to brand me. Plus I came from an sales and marketing background and understand how branding works and why it is important.

PIPS is a very good starter program. Considering the raw costs are less than $100 a month I still see it as a very good way for anyone to come online and launch their own internet business. Which way you choose to take it after that is up to you.

I'm still new to PIPS, but after 1 mo I can see some changes in my behaviour in Network Marketing.
There is a sort of Information overload but. What I'm learning everyday is far beyond what I expected before I signed up for PIPS.

Persistence and Consistency is everything in this business.

Thank you for your frankness & truth, I am working 4-5 hours per day going through all my email from other money making schemes & find that the time invested in stones site is not winning me any profit & I agree that you must identify your own branding. It will take time to find the medium needed to succeed. Again thank you for your well thought out response, we need more honesty from others!

Hi,

I cant add much more than Jeff Schuman does make that much and I am still waiting for him to come to Chicago and take me to dinner

I prefer steak....

PIPS as a starter program is fine.....all the PPG mentors for example all started with PIPS and took OUR business to other levels...

That is what each person must do is find their little niche and develop multiple streams of income....

Take care

Hi again everyone,

I thought I had answered Richard's question earlier, but if I danced around it I'm sorry.

So here it is, I'm not making a dime directly from PIPS. I have not made major changes to the site. In many things I'm a moron, it takes me time to learn. As I said before, all of my business income is because of things I've found due to PIPS and this forum. My business income at this point sometimes doesn't cover my monthly expenses.

I choose not to give up, I will scratch and fight for every dime to the bloody end. Get rich quick this is not, unless you already are. lol
As for me I'll continue to wade through survey's, offers sites, I even pass out flyers( what a concept for internet marketing), and whatever else I can do to get where I want to be.

Sorry, I'm babbling. I hope I have answered your question, and perhaps, helped you or someone else who reads this in some way.

Wow, I have read through this whole thread and I have really learned a lot! I too am fairly new and have not yet seen a dime.
I am not giving up yet, though.

Anything worth having is worth working hard for.

I'm happy to know that I'm not the only one who hasn't made any money with PIPS, but enough of the sad faces. Here's what I know.

When I joined PIPs in November 2008, I made the commitment to not give up and to give this my best shot. With that said, it has been two months and I'm still working hard. At first, I was overwhelmed from the information overload. I didn't know what to do or where to even start. I just kept on reading the training and asking my sponsor, Cynthia Minaar, questions. I signed up for Suzanne Morrison's training. I asked Ken Troyer a few questions. The point is, I am determined to succeed. Who better to guide me in the right direction, but those that are already successful?

Soon enough, I realized that I could not keep my PIPS site the way that it looked. I asked my sponsor to help me make wise decisions. She advised me to not sign up for all these gimmicks, but gave me some great suggestions on how to increase my website's traffic through SEO and creating backlinks. I must say that although I'm not an expert on SEO, I am trying to learn as much as possible so I can apply it. As for the articles. I've written a few articles so far. I try to write at least 1-2 each week. I submit them manually to some major directories. Things are going slow, but I haven't lost heart.

I know it will take me some time to be able to quit my job and live off my online income. I am concerned with building a solid reputation and brand. I'm still learning, though. I agree with the veterans about PIPS being a great starter program. It is, even not having earned a penny, I can honestly say that I have learned much more in my two months with PIPS than I have with any other program that I have tried.

So to answer your question, I think you should focus your energies on creating backlinks to your website through article marketing, social bookmarking, and forum marketing. Although these methods might take longer to drive the massive traffic to your site, in the long run I think they will help in helping to create your brand.

Another thing you might consider doing is changing your site and adding your own content to it. If you don't know the first thing about html, that's fine. There are a ton of free online resources and tutorials that can give you the basics. I won't go into much detail about that here, but you can send me a message and I'll be more than happy to let you know what's helped me.

Don't forget that people don't come on the internet to buy products, they come online to find information. With that said, the only way to become successful is to make consistent effort towards your goals. Don't give up and know that there are plenty of people here who have been in your position and are more than willing to assist you.

Take care...~Krezi

I have been with PIP since October, 2008. I have been getting a check every month from SFI. Although very small ($8.00), it gives me hope and inspiration that money can be made online. In this month alone January, I have had 4 affiliates sign up with SFI. I have not made very much money yet, but in all fairness there is a lot more to learn and I don't think 3,4,or even 6 months is a realistic measure of time, especially if you, like me, have no experience in an online business. I do see alot of potential though.

If you still have not made real money from home it's time you do.

Perseverence does pay off in this program, but you have to do the work on a consistent, regular daily/weekly basis!!! It's good advice to stick through the tough times and if you do, you will always come out on top!!!

The Plug-in Profit Site system is really all down to how much traffic you can send to the PIPS sales page. The problem is you are competing in one of the most competitive markets there is which for a beginner to internet marketing is tough going.

This became obvious to me early on so I started to look at other less competitive markets. I am now earning close to 100k a year from internet marketing after 3 years.

At the end of the day what can you expect from a free web site and relatively low overheads?

I still come to the PIPS forum and help out where I can because this is basically where it all started for me, I knew absolutely nothing at all about internet marketing beforehand and I know there are a lot of new people here who need a hand. I certainly learned a lot from PIPS and from this forum in general.

Branding yourself or your business is not the only way to make money online however it helps if you are seen as an expert in whatever niche you are competing in.

All the best!
Mike.

Hi, Everyone,

I signed up with PIP in 2004, Had the baby making about $300 a month in less than 6 months working part time. I had to drop out of site for a while and take care of family. I am back now full of vigor.

I've got my site back up and running, going through the 30 days book. And in less than 3 weeks I have one Trafficswarm and 2 SFI affiltes. Not to bad for being a bit rusty.

I am amazed how much marketing has changed in the last few years. I am still having FUN!

Zirkamer
You are so right and not harsh - just the facts.

In my newsletter when I receive solo ads, I have it all spelled out on my order page to put your own personality into the ads and not just the canned ads. Stone's ad is a good one, but when subscribers read the same subject line and the same content - they just don't click on them anymore.

I try my best to let everyone know why some of the ads do not pull, but they just send the same ads all the time. I even take the time to send it back to them and ask them if they would like to change it up a bit, but most of the time, they just run it like it is.

Branding is important - get a catchey subject line and put your own personality into it.

All I can say is dont sit on pips as the only source you have on line, research other facets of things on line to make money with as well. I personally am in the process of writing my first e book it is time consuming and keeps me up late like now as i work two jobs just to stay ahead of the collapsing economy. So keep your day and or night job and keep poking away online sooner or later you will find something that works for you, just remember that because something works for someone else doesnt mean it will work for everyone.
