Hi PIPS, I received an email outlining the new additions to the Dustin's Biz coop. I'm just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the Improvements. Is it worth giving it a try? To your success and happiness, |

Hi Judy, I suppose if you want to build your business through the Co-op and avoid doing the work yourself, then it might be an option for you. However, as stated in the email, it could take well over 6 months to achieve good results with their new programs. That's over $600 you'll have to shell out, for work you could do yourself for free. I see it as an advantage for the person who doesn't have the time to write and submit articles all the time, as long as they have the money. Writing a good article and getting passed the 10 article limit on EzineArticles.com isn't hard at all. Anyone with mediocre writing skills can accomplish this. The other program is about posting your articles on home business niche blogs to get high quality one-way backlinks. It can be tedious, or expensive, to do this yourself. However, it can be done without paying for it. My articles get picked up all the time and placed on someone's blog. It takes time, though, for that to happen. Of course they say that it could take up to 3 months to get results through the Co-op. So, it's all about preference and if you have the money to continue with the Co-op. Everything they do, you can do yourself for free. It's just a matter of if you want to play a major role in building your business, versus having someone else do it for you. I find that it's better to learn and grow with your business, and that can only be achieved by doing things yourself. Alan |

Hi Judy, I think the co-op is a decent value for what they give you. However, unless you buy more that one share you may find that you get lost in the mix by other co-op members. Like Alan had said, what the co-op is now offering can be done by you for free and you may get more out of writing and submitting articles yourself. My recommendation is join the co-op only if you can afford it otherwise put your credit cards away. Steve |

I see the Co-op as a huge advertising and marketing giant, aimed at helping your website (business) succeed. However, I wonder if all these new additions are only being added, as well as the price decrease, because the Co-op is failing to produce sign ups. These new additions will help you build backlinks and traffic, which will be beneficial for the life of your business. That's basically what the Co-op is coming to. As Steve said, unless you buy more than one share, this is the only way that the Co-op is going to benefit your business. It's still not bad, but most Co-ops are created to produce sign-ups. For the majority of members, it has failed to do so. |

My experience to share is for about a year I was using PIP Coop but did not got a single sign up through it. I used the Success University Coop too for about half a year but did not got a single signup through it. Only article submission service on PIP Coop was of some use. Is it really worth is the question for me too. Because I too use other article submission services like Ezinearticles and submitarticle.com etc effectively. That is my experience on PIPS Coop so far.

My previous posts should answer your question pretty well. It's all up to you whether you think it's worth it or not. Alan | |

Hi Judy, Alan has put it best, I guess and I can only share my own experience with the pips coop. I had an anual subscription and expected that the advertising professionals behind the coop would bring in a few signups. Unfortuntely what I got for my $699 (or was it $599) I don´t remember, not a single signup. A few days ago I cancelled. Who would want to do paid advertising with a conversion=0? despite all the other benefits which were added one by one at a later date, I was most interested in signups. I would agree with Alan on this, it´s very risky if you are on a budget. Maybe you´re better off going to a casino. |

Unfortunately I forgot to cancel after my annual subscription ended, so I was billed another $99 for another month. However, I decided to look at the members area, and I was happy to see I was able to get a free Press Release written and distributed. I definitely took advantage of that. Although, I guess the $99 I had to pay for this month covered that. Nirusan, you were right, the annual cost is $699. |

Thanks for the thread on PIPS coop. I was considering to join, now with the negative feelings expressed, I would put off the idea. Charles |
