Are you referring to flash banners or just a static image banner? And what about adding link "to" or "in" your website? Sorry but I got confused. When you say adding links to your website, my understanding is you are building links going to your website.

It's Ok and can be good practice to link out from your site. But, those links need to have a solid purpose. One purpose would be to link to a site that teaches something about your subject. Could be SEO, Marketing, or what ever. Another purpose is to gain a backlink. When you use wordpress and link out in an article the webmaster of that site will get a ping back and will, on most occasions, give you a link also by approving your ping or comment. Just make sure any links out that you are using do not go to objectionable sites. No pornography, no sites using any type of malware or other spamming type scripts. Link to good solid and reputable web sites. If it's a product you are linking to make sure you are an affiliate. |

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I would like to add banners for other products and opportunities that I am an Affiliate with. As far as links. I'd like to add new categories that lead to new pages on my site . For instance a category like FREE STUFF visitors can download ebooks, free reports ect.. More like squeeze pages where they can opt in for list building purposes where I can add them to my auto responder. Basicaly just adding squeeze pages for advertising and list building. Thanks everyone, Dennis Quick Ways To Make Money |

The answer is still the same - use the Wordpress Appearance/Editor and watch the videos to learn how. You are free to add or change your site in any way you want to. You can add pages in Wordpress - you will see where Posts are added there is also an option to add Pages. |

Your question is not clear though i guess you wanted to know how you can get backlinks. You can submit articles to the directories or do use blog commentor.
