This is very similar to another thread I posted for StumbleUpon users to rate and review other people's blog posts, web pages, etc. which can be found here...

This time, I want to do the same thing with YouTube users. We all know that getting ratings and comments on your videos will make them more popular, so let's help each other out by rating and commenting on them.

I believe this is much better than creating multiple accounts and doing so on your own videos. To me that doesn't seem very ethical, and someone is surely going to catch on.

Be truthful with your comments, but try to be encouraging and provide nice comments that pertain to the video.
