How Do You Deal With PTC and GPT People?
Share on:

You see them everywhere online. In online forums, and other places where online money making is discussed. People involved with Paid To Click, and other online "get paid to" programs.

Sometimes they invite me to join (which I often decline), and sometimes, they sign-up under our downlines. Some of them do well, while many of them whine. They complain, complain and complain, about their not earning money in the programs they've joined.

It seems, PTC and their relatives are polluting the Internet, corrupting the minds of online opportunity seekers. The culture of being a tire-kicker and freebie scavenger is being nurtured by these programs. People no longer value "delayed gratification". They now love "instant money" and are no longer wanting to pay for our legitimate affiliate network business, because they know they can always find "free money" somewhere else.

Foolishness. When they join those programs, they thought of free money, but often sucked into paying money for membership upgrades and renting of referrals (so, not free at all, see?). You know, it's really hard to make good money in those programs if your membership is not upgraded or you did not rent referrals (and some companies even cheat you with their "bots" or "robots"). So, where's the promise of "free money" there?

When they realize they have chosen the wrong path and are regretful, they come back to our fold confessing their mistakes!

Sadly, they were already burned with their past affairs with PTC's or GPT's they no longer have money to invest with our legitimate affiliate networks..

Do you also encounter these people? How do you deal with them? How do you deal with "threats of PTC's and GPT's"?

How can we prevent people from joining these programs, so they join us in PIPS business instead, any suggestions?

While I agree that most people that join these types of programs will not make any significant amount of money they can't be dismissed either.

Not everyone wants to start a home business. Not everyone wants to learn about seo, link building and everything else that is involved with having a website.

Some people simply want a way to earn a few dollars a month to help pay a few bills and these programs can be helpful for them. I try to market them as " hey you will not make much but if you want to make a couple of extra bucks a week try it"

GPT users in some countries like the USA, Canada, UK and Australia can make a fair amount from these sites. People from other countries will need to spend a lot of time to make some money out of GPT sites.
My suggestion is to not waste much time with the GPT sites. The best thing to do is to work with GPTs only when we are free and do not have any other significant works to do.
