re ISP

Hail the reader and blessed be the responder.

I have for some time been a member of PIPS but have done nothing about it.
I have now completed a certificated SEO course and am in the process of doing a certificated adwords course, thus time for action. However, I do not want my site hosted via H4P because they are outrageously expensive in any event I have an existing vacancy on my current ISP account. thus I would save the unnecessary monthly fee. I do not like monthly fees at the best of times, and i am sure i am noy alone in this.
I no longer belong to H4P and have my site downloaded on my computer. am I able to promote PIPS from my other ISP?
If so, any special instructions for site transfer would be welcome.
Thank you

Hi,

Yes, you are able to promote PIPS from another ISP but you won't be able to take full advantage of the benefits because anyone who signs up under you will first need to purchase a H4P package. So you lose out on that part.

Actually:

An 'ISP' is an internet service provider. This is in other words the network/server that you access the internet through. Some examples would be AOL, Cox.net, Comcast.net, Earthlink, etc.

Host4Profit is not an ISP - it is a hosting company and domain registrar.

We do require Host4Profit hosting for all new PIPS accounts with no exceptions.

If you do not keep your Host4Profit hosting account for a minimum of 3 months (billings) then if you change hosts, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions from WarriorPro/Host4Profit Resellers.

As well we will not be able to assist you to transfer the files, or to ever support your site if you need help. This is for technical and logistical reasons, and is not meant as a punishment of some kind.

If you do not copy your files BEFORE you cancel Host4Profit, your site will be gone for good when they shut you down.

Hi,

I really think it would be in your best interest to stay with H4P. Sure it's $25 but as soon as you sign up three people under you, they are paying you to host your website.

Also, I believe you can add another website for only $5.

Oh yeah, the most important aspect of H4P... there support staff is absolutely impecable.
