Hey guys, i just logged into my aweber acount, and all my 20 lists that combine over 6,000 subscribers have been deleted? WTF Does anyone know why this may have happened? Has this happened to anyone? Jani G __________________ **HOT WSO**The $50 Per Day Video Blueprint! I was going through a fresh posting on the Warrior Forum's main internet marketing forum and saw the above and thought to alert PIPSTERS to always backup their list so that they are covered in case the above happens, if in this case it resulted erroneously. On the other hand, it is important for stipulated rules to be followed, if in this case it was deliberately done by the autoresponder management. But the question may be, even if rules were violated, will it be right for the entire list to be wiped off? Will he then be given his list and asked to proceed to another autoresponder? |

Hi Dele Thanks for this important reminder to back-up our lists. Here are the instructions for GetResponse in case you wish to download your subscribers: To view your list of subscribers please log into your account and go Subscribers>>My Subscribers>>All Subscribers and fill in the search criteria. Once your subscribers are displayed, you will see at the bottom of the page the export command. You will be able to export the file in CSV format to your PC. Cheers for now Cyn |

Yeah, now "re-activated" but something did happen - 6000 subscribers did vanish into thin air!

I guess it's not a bad idea having a back up of your lists somewhere safe. Think of the trauma when you have the urgency to deliver to your list and something aweful occured from the autoresponder's end. To be fore-warned, is to be fore-armed. A stitch taken in time will save nine. |
