Ascertaining Google page rank

Hi every one. I would wish to know how I can be able to monitor my Google page ranking using the Google webmaster account.I checked out and couldn't really find out where I rank.Can anybody in the know help me.

When I went to Google.com

and typed 'determining page rank google webmaster'

I got this page which has numerous articles and instructions about page rank and specifically Google Webmaster.
