Hey everyone... It's me Darrin from PIPSiteHelp.com and I wanted to let you all know about a brand new service I just put together this weekend. Well... not really just this weekend. In fact it has taken me a couple of months to work out all of the particulars, but it is finally ready. Several months ago, Stone asked me if there was a way to get blog posts into the main body of your PIP Site Home Pages. So I wrestled with the idea for a while and tried a few ways, but the one that seemed to make the most sense was this one. Here is what it is: A WordPress Blog that has been custom designed to match your current PIP Site. Check out the demo here: WordPress Mega Site That's a working WordPress blog. All of the new posts will show up right there on the home page in the center section and automatically be qadded to the Categories List as well as the Archives list. You can demo it now by going to this link PIP Test Log In Use login: pipdemo and password: pipdemo You can write new posts and then immediately refresh the screen and see them posted on the home page. The service itself comes with more than 50 articles pre-populated into your site and the categories already created for you. The site is completely compatible with all of my other services including colors and Adsense. I will be putting together some free instructional videos that show you exactly how to add content and change some of the settings inside WordPress, but I just wanted to get the word out about this new service. I hope you will check it out and let me know what you think. - To Your Greatest Success - Darrin |

That's a great feature. Will it display a snipit or the whole post or can it be adjusted for either?

What you display can be adjusted within the wordpress admin panel. You can show just one post or all fo them for that matter. You can RSS Feed them out to syndicate them. Anything WP can do, you can do with this site.

Hi Darrin, This is interesting. I am too new to be dangerous...yet. I just added the blog to my site from Blogger through you. What is the advantage of having your blog posts on your home page? I think I like having a separate page, but again will defer to experience. Please advise!! Thanks |

There is nothing wrong with having them on two different pages. It was just a matter that a lot of people wanted their blog posts to be visible right on their home page. This way they could update information on the home page without having to edit any HTML code. They can just make a blog post about it. BAM... Changed.
