PIP Site Rejected By Adsense
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Sorry for such a long post, but this is the reason Adsense gave:

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.
Issues:
- Page type
---------------------
Further detail:
Page type: We're unable to approve your AdSense application at this time
because we feel that your site does not comply with the Google webmaster quality guidelines. More specifically, we believe that your site does not add value or provide unique content.

So I am thinking maybe I need to get Suzannes Content Update Service?

Can anyone tell me what I should do?

Thanks

Hi,

Review your application. Check your wording.

I can't imaging Google passing up an opportunity to make money.

Good Luck,
Dan

Hi,

Google doesnt like to approve cookie cutter sites. What you need to do is make cosmetic and content changes to your site and reapply after a couple of months...

Take care

Hey gang:

The same happened to me, but you need to reapply after that long period? Can you make some adjustments and try again?

Hi,

Yes you should wait. Focus on building backlinks and getting traffic. The adsense ads wont garner you any income if your not working on getting the traffic....

Get the traffic and backlinks FIRST...then get Adsense...then cash checks

Take care
Jeff

All you really need to do is get a blog. Make it look unique and reapply with the blog URL. Once approved you can put the ads almost anywhere

I first signed up using a Blogger blog and was approved that day.

Hi

I'm pretty new to this stuff - just wanted to let you know what I did - I applied to google with a new blog on their blogging site www.blogger.com
I only posted two posts and they accepted me straight away. Once you've got your adsense code you can then use it on your pips site.
Good luck!
Fiona

It's not difficult to get approved for Adsense. Setup a simple blog at blogger.com and post 1 - 2 articles on that blog. Use that blog to apply for the adsense, I am sure you'll get approved.

Hi,

It is not unusual for Adsense to reject the PIPS site. I receive many emails from people about this.

The problem is that the Adsense approval staff have had so many applications from Plug-In Profit site owners that they just assume that all the sites are identical (even if there have been some updates done to them), so they usually just reject them straight away.

My advice is to apply for Adsense using your BLOG. Even if it is just a blogger blog with a few unique posts, you will get accepted. Once you are accepted by adsense you can then use it on any website or blog that you own.

Personally though, I prefer affiliate programs as I have found on most of my sites that the commissions from affiliate programs is way higher than the revenue from adsense.

Cheers,
Suzanne

Hi,
I had the same problem,I added Suzannes update, and Darrins Megasite update and kept resubmitting and getting turned down. Then, I submitted my blogsite and got approved first try!! Once you have approval for one site, then you can use Adsense on all of your sites! Hang in there!!

Helo,
I had same experience as yours with my PIPS site. but I tackled it later on with my another website that has nothing to do with internet marketing. the point here is that Adsense does not verify your owner status of the website, so in that sense you can use anywebsite to get approval. Of course you do not want to try this one, www dot adsense dot com, :-P

Just kidding, a blog site is a very good advice.

regards

What you need is to have a good quality content on your site, not just one of the hundreds almost the same sites. There are too many distractions and links and banner on the site... I guess that's no the thing your reader would like.

Yes, the blog is a great way to change it for you. And it's pretty fast indexed and frequently visited by SE spiders.

I had a similar situation. I actually applied several weeks after my site was created and got turned down. I tried a few weeks later after I had set up my blog and got denied as well. I almost lost hope of ever getting accepted. However, after I made several posts to my blog I thought, what the heck, let me give it another try, the worst that can happen is they can turn me down again, which I have gotton used to. to my surprise, I got an email two days later telling me that they have accepted my application.

I'm sure they will turn down a blog with active updates, unless the applicant have had an account that was recently shut down for what ever reason.

I did have similar problem. What I did was I created a free blog using Blogger.com, then I put some content on it and submitted again to Adsense for consideration. Once it's been accepted I put adsense on my pips home page as you can put the code on any other website if the one you submit gets accepted.

I did the exact same thing and it worked easily!

I had been rejected by Google adsense twice before but after posting few posts on my blog and changing some contents on my website then I got approved.

Good luck

Just wanted to chime in here also, I put up a blogger blog, made a grand total of one (1) short post, applied, and forgot about it for two weeks. Got an email this morning saying I was approved! Definitely the way to go!
