Is an email optin form the same as a subscribe widget? I am having trouble getting either one for my WP/Genesis site. The email optin section under settings is asking for a code,, it says the form can't be more than 300px. Why is it saying this even though I activated the email optin widget? The subscribe widget is just as much a pain in the rear!!! I've tried unsucessfully to use 3 different plugins, Subscribe2, Generate Box and Optiner. Any advice?

Hi - are you a PIPS member? The URL in your signature is getting an error so I can't tell - So if you are a PIPS member I suggest you just use the opt-in web form on your 'Free Newseltter' page and if you add some other webform for some other program then add it on a separate page. NOT on the home page (no widget) Getresponse has very easy web form creation (menu driven) that will all be encoded with your affiliate ID for PIPS etc. |

I don't know what PIPS is, but I got my issue figured out. I did use GetResponse to create the form. I didn't know I could do that, duh. Sorry for the error in the signature, it worked fine for me. Thank you for your help.
