Friends, after a long absence from SFI due to changes to the marketing system that I did not like at time, I HAVE RETURNED to SFI!

LOL, isn't it funny how things turn out? SFI was the very first Internet Marketing program I joined (and through it, I came to the PIPS program), and it was the first program I earned online income from.

Well, I re-committed to my SFI business in September. I received notice from SFI yesterday (Oct. 16) that my September commissions were deposited to my PayPal account (I checked and they were, lol), and I am currently a Bronze Team leader.

For a number of months, I had been planning on reviewing the SFI plan again and getting back involved with it and things developed in September for me to make that move.

The reason I have returned is firstly, because of the residual income potential of SFI, and secondly, because after reviewing many other online opportunities over the past two and a half years, I can very clearly see that SFI is a leader. It has all of the necessary elements and it is a professionally developed and presented opportunity.

I have posted blog posts and banners on my websites and I am promoting SFI and TripleClicks elsewhere on the Internet, too. I am excited and enthusiastic! Can you tell?

That is so cool!

As of a few days ago, I am confirmed to be in Round 5 (final round) of the E365 competition for my class and I am currently in 2nd place. Now I have one year to pick up the pace and take 1st place!

It's going to be a challenge, though, as the current first place person has more than three times my VersaPoints already! But I plan to give it my best shot.

I know this is an old thread but it seemed like the best thread for SFI. I was recently invited to sign up for SFI. The person who invited me was claiming that you can quit your full time job in just a few months doing this. Is there any truth in that? Obviously there's work involved to build it up of course. Just trying to make sure it's worth it before dumping all my time and work into it.

I've been away from the Warrior Forum for a few months, so didn't notice your question. My apologies. I realize it's probably too late to help you in your decision now, but it is still a valid question worth answering.

A couple of days ago there was some discussion about this in the SFI forum on the SFI site.

My opinion is that MOST affiliates cannot hope to build their SFI business up that fast to be able to quit their full time job in a few months. It is inappropriate for that SFI member to be saying such a thing ... unless they have actually done it and have helped others do it. But I suspect that is not the case.

By telling people that, they are setting people up for disappointment and their own reputation is going to be harmed.

The truth is that for most people it is going to take quite some time to build the business up to that kind of self-sufficient income. People with well-developed selling or marketing skills might be able to do it, but the majority of people must first take time to learn the business.

The SFI compensation plan is unique and not easy for "traditional" network marketers to grasp. In reality, the SFI plan is a sales network centered on the TripleClicks shopping site. It takes time to recruit your sales team and time to build up your TC customer base. The good news is, once you have your team built and trained and everyone is following the plan, then you can make some real progress.

Wow, not counting my previous post that I just posted, I see it's been almost a year since I've visited this thread. I can't believe that!

Anyway, I am still focused on building my SFI business and while I am nowhere near my income goal, SFI is definitely developing and improving for me month-by-month. August was my best month yet for SFI income.

One thing I have realized is that, although you can take the slow, cheap (free) path to building your SFI business, few affiliates stick with it when going that route. The "secret" to success is making a commitment, taking a leadership role, doing what you have to do to qualify as an Executive Affiliate (and hopefully a Team Leader) each month, and finding people who are also willing to take the business (and their financial future) as seriously as you.

That's my opinion, anyway.

This member is referring to the massive reductions in
commissions as Gery Carson makes it harder and harder for
hard working affiliates to be rewarded (with money) so they
make very little money, if any, confirming the need to remove
and change the original name Six Figure Income.
In SFI, I had discovered that having to "pay" to have VersaPoints
to maintain my "Executive Status" is where the "catch" lay.
In other words, I then had the "status" and the "perks" but I
NEVER received any income to build my down-line
(those under me) affiliate team. So, I told my affiliates to do
the same as me, only they couldn't afford the money to be
Executive Affiliates, so then I had all these affiliates I bought
with Tcredits that couldn't speak my language and
NEVER communicated with me so I thought: "what's the
point of having them to coach and train?" Imagine me trying
to teach some idiot from another country how to do business
on the internet. If you could hand pick your affiliates you
would choose only the best people, right? well that's exactly
my point, I didn't get to pick them and they were often
"hand-me-down " failures given to me by my up-line sponsors
who couldn’t do anything with them. Local recruitment is also
a better way, BUT, as they weren't SPENDING AND BUYING
on Triple Clicks (SFI’s on-line store), there was no
commission coming my way either --> SCAM
When I asked for a refund for these credits they cancelled
my membership with no notice. They did not pay me for the
daily work I did spending up to 8 hours per day for
3 months membership of in 2013 --> SCAM
All I wanted was a scheme that would earn me 5 cents/month the
first week and then 10cents the second month etc. etc.
just to see that it did work. I didn’t earn a cent -->SCAM

I can make a maximum of 2000 VP’s from my TC store if I want to which means that I have to make another 1000 -1500 VP’s every month by other means to reach the 3000 VP’s that I must have to maintain BTL.

I will reserve judgement on this for another month or two but it seems that SFI are trying to become another Ebay and my focus has always been on recruitment and not on selling products. The basic flaw as I see it is that I can build up a big team of EA’s and spend a lot of money on recruitment costs every month and if I ever fall short of 3000 VP’s in any month or if my existing EA’s are not active then I will be demoted to EA and I won’t make any commissions from my teams sales.

SFI has been around over 14 years or so...most scams would be long gone.

They are one of the steadiest programs on the internet and the blog post you refer to is from 2004!!!!

You do realize that people call scam way to early when they dont make any money on the program probably because they didnt do the training or any work involved..

Perhaps this was an attempt to make a post to work on your post count..LOL

Everyone knows how SFI is always bragging about improving every month. All that means they come up with more ways for you to spend money and get nothing except their semi-worthless TCredits which they will not let you give to your downline every month anymore. So their latest gimmick is to offer something called NMP that you need to buy within 10 days of joining TripleClicks and gives you 50 TCredits and 500 VP and 250 MRP . But here is the BIG NEWS: They do NOT HAVE PAYPAL as a payment method
anymore. Nor do they have anything else listed when you go to pay except 1.Check or Money Order or 2. Credit Card. PATHETIC.
Their Customer Service is HORRIBLE: My best friend was in my downline and she died on May 2,2014 and after telling them that maybe 7 times,her account is still up and I cannot support her downline as well without keeping her account at EA even when she died on May 2,2014. They have NO DECENCY. I could not make this up.

So PayPal is now back as payment method. However, now they are not letting anyone buy from their own store anymore. Why ? They still make their 15% commission at the very least. They also would not let me enter my shipping information when my girlfriend in my downline bought from my store. This is fraud. I entered a support ticket but they would not let me enter the Order itnformation from the site I bought the product from in the notes. Why are they being so deceitful?

Anyway, I am extremely successful according my downline from which I received 4.75 stars for 7 responses. I have 1 Bronze Team Leader and 6 other EA2s. But I am able to give them stuff because of the money I make from my store and now SFIMG is attacking that. You cannot even bring anything up like this in their forum or they will delete it. This is a great program that is sabotaging its own very successful and caring affiliates.
