How do you add the digg button and the list of social news sites toolbar to you blog?

I guess I asked whatever I wanted to in the question itsefl..

Just to elaborate.. I would like feedback on 2 things:

1. How to add a Digg button to EVERY wordpress blog post
2. How do I add the toolbar which lists the social news sites to each blog post page

I really will appreciate any feedback

You need a plugin - I use sociable

Sociable - Social Bookmarking for WordPress - Yoast - Tweaking Websites
