It's more effective to use your sales/affiliate page to promote PIPS. Your homepage has a different purpose. You will use it later on to brand yourself...customize it, add articles/content, promote other product, the possibilities are endless. For now, just go through the guide. Don't spend anything yet. Check out the forum regularly and ask questions like you're doing now. The guide is just that, a guide. You don't have to follow everything in it especially the paid promotions. There are a lot of effective methods in the guide to promote PIPS without spending a lot of money. Take it slowly. You might get overwhelmed in the beginning but don't worry. It's part of learning. I suggest that for every chapter/day you finish, ask a question here and there will be a lot of people that will give you suggestions based on their experiences. Good luck. Robert | |

Great suggestion Robert. If the people in your contact list are interested in working at home, it might be a good idea to contact them. However, if they are people you know well, I'd advise against a sales pitch. I've determined that with my friends it'd likely just chase them away. Talk to them and tell them you feel it is worthwhile if you do and let them ask you questions. There are all sorts of free ways to promote your site. I have posted a couple ads for PIPS around, but I'd advise against specifically classified sites as your ad is less likely to get much exposure. I agree with Robert that you should take it one step at a time and don't do anything that costs money without asking here first what peoples' opinions are. For example, I'd advise against Push Button Leads though it might be ok to give the 15 day trial a chance, provided you cancel prior to that since it's really not worth the monthly fee. I have also seen some people say that for a total newbie who has just gotten into the whole thing, the Co-op might not be such a good idea too. Just ask around. Everyone on this forum is very helpful. I've only been with PIPS for about 2 weeks, and SFI for about 3. |

Hi, Everyone is has given great advice. Stone says to promote the sales page and not your home page and I would agree with that until you become more seasoned, have some seo rankings, traffic, and have made changes to your front page... Take care Jeff Casmer |
