Is this normal?

I started on the PIPs system 90 days ago and have pretty much followed Stone's lead on everything. Up and running with the affiliates, sending emails through ListBonus and SOTOM, daily blog post, publishing at least 3 articles weekly, building my opt-in list through Getsubscribers as well as running solo ads, have Elite SEO doing backlink work, Justin Cannon creating and submitting content, doing textlinks, etc. I have over 600 subscribers on my autoresponder receiving the PIPs emails. In addition, I send an offer once a week which was the recommended frequency from Stone. So far, the only activity is 1 (one) 7minuteworkout.com signup. That's it. I currently have about 20 people visiting my website daily and that is growing. But there is zero sales activity with EP, SFI, Trafficswarm, DotCom Secrets, GVO, etc. I have been told by Stone to build my list and let the autoresponder do the work of selling. Send no more than one offer a week so as not to overwhelm my subscribers. I know it takes time to builld a business but holy smokes, what am i doing wrong here? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. You are making a commendable effort and if you keep up everything you are doing you will see what is around the corner - 3 months is not a long time - particularly as it has been Summer when all sales slow down appreciably due to people travelling, vacations, being outdoors, etc. It is starting to pick up now.

The thing is you are still not getting very much traffic to your website - "20 people..."

The benchmark that I used to hear a lot about is that 450-500 unique visits PER DAY is when you are getting enough traffic to show some results.

You are way ahead of the game having a lot of subscribers already; and remember those people will have 400 days to keep seeing your ads and make a decision to take action - they are already interested or they wouldn't have subscribed, so don't give up on them.

Another benchmark is how a brick and mortar (offline) business takes on AVERAGE 5 YEARS to generate a profit! Now the Internet is way faster than that with nowhere near the expenses to run the business. -- But it still takes time to build and sustain momentum.

Just bide your time and keep taking aggressive action consistently.

Don't get discouraged. You have a good start.

Proper advice from Patricia. It does take time to build momentum no matter which marketing plan you are following. One of the key drawing points of the PIPS plan is that it gives you a big head start with the website and the income programs already in place, plus it comes with a complete training package.

I just wanted to poke my nose in here to give you a HUGE pat on the back for doing all you have been doing the past few months and for working so diligently at it. I suspect that only a small minority of PIPS members commit to it as thoroughly as you have done, so that makes you a leader who, if you maintain your efforts, will achieve the desired results faster and sooner than most wannabe Internet Marketers will do.

. . . Even if it does seem to be taking a long time. So, hang in there! Keep on keeping on.

You are off to a great start. You will get more visitors as your rankings increase, and your profits too. That's the hard part, and usually takes the longest time to achieve.

Keep up the good work.

That is the difference from a successful internet marketer from a struggling one.

The numbers don't lie.

When it comes to making money with PIPS, it boils down to TRAFFIC and CONVERSIONS.

If you are going to get 20 visitors per day, you are going to struggle for a long time. Somehow you need to work at getting at least 100 unique visitors per day to your website on a CONSISTENT basis.

If you want to do a little better with your PIPS signups, I would recommend that you send traffic to your own PIPS link rather then to your website. If you can do that and stay consistent, you will see signups all the time.
