Hi Everyone, I started my blog at Camp Ebook on New Years Day 2009 and I continued to blog almost every day, no more than two days apart. I hit 70 blog posts last week and realized I had a page rank of 1. With any luck when I hit 140 posts I move up again. LOL. I am continuing to blog on my other sites and hope the same happens. I'm just tossing this out because I thought it was interesting. Keep the Faith. Dan |

Hi Dan, Page Rank doesn't pay the bills. Visitors and conversion does. How many visitors are you getting to your blog? On the plus side you are doing a great job on adding fresh content. Keep it up and try and target long tail keyword phrases that you can begin to rank in the search engines for. |

Good job, Dan! You are building a foundation for success with your consistency and dedication. It all takes time and in this business results are seldom quick, but the foundation you build today helps to produce the results you desire tomorrow. Page Rank may not pay the bills, but it is still evidence that you are moving in the right direction. I use PR as a personal measurement and a motivator to keep me working harder at doing all the things I need to do to advance my business further (translation: getting traffic and making conversions). Keep up the good work! GT |

Hi, I'm doing well with Camp eBook, I am number 1 for ebook cookbooks and cookbook ebooks. Also number 6 for digital cookbooks. I'm getting between 150 and 300 hits a day. That's not too bad. I popped it up on the web for a hobby because I like to cook and the material was easy to come by. My wife laughs at it but it's profitable. I won't get rich though. I've taken the same approach to my PIPS sites which is getting about 70 - 100 a day since starting 4 months ago. Doing well with SFI and Clickbank, but the others are lagging. I have this feeling that it's going to be alright. A little thought and a little perseverience can take you a long way. Thx, Dan |

Hi Dan, Congratulations on your results, this business can knock you down at times but when you see results like that it gives you a great boost to keep going. As Jeff and GT have said, PR means nothing if you are not getting conversions but keep doing what you are doing in your cookery niche and those conversions will come. It all depends on your site, holding your visitors interest when they get there and getting them to sign up for your offer and that is the challenging bit. You are doing great, I wish you well and I hope you come back to the forum to tell us how you are doing. regards, Mal. |
